Great place. Ask for all the services you want and they'll do just that. The wait wasn't too long amd thet informed me about what I'll likely need for the vehicle at a later date. Good and straightforward customer service. Thanks, yall!

Horrible service… went here a few months ago for routine service. Scheduled an oil change which includes a quick lane inspection of the vehicle. The man at the desk took my info and rudely answered my questions, and then I left. I was called to come back for my vehicle and was completely rushed through paying and was not told ANYTHING about my vehicle. After looking over the inspection paperwork, it said that everything was great and there were no issues other than a dirty cabin air filter, and I was surprised to not have gotten a text or call from quick lane, as all other places will call asking if you’d like them to change the filter for an additional fee… but I digress.The next morning my car would not START! The engine would not turn over. I called them as the paperwork said they had tested my battery and it was working great and they informed me that they don’t ACTUALLY complete the full inspection, and that they just say they do.Avoid at all costs. Not sure if I was treated stupid because I am a young woman, but I have never experienced this before- and I have bought from two different dealerships. After jumping my car I proceeded to drive it to Sanderson Ford, who did an ACTUAL full inspection and got me a new battery, air filters and let me know that the tread on my tires was actually much more worn down than Goodyear had said. All of the service and parts were completely free at Sanderson. I have never had to pay for any sort of service at Sanderson so shame on me for wanting to go somewhere closer to home in Goodyear; absolutely never again. Not only was I treated like an idiot at Rodeo, but I paid them 100 bucks to do so…

Maintenance Services:Replace Engine Oil & Filter change service it takes 2 hours and more and neither does it look at the cost of any service and the person who attends you does not tell you anything about the cost of the service that you are going to perform. I think there should be better information for the customers.

Even with a appointment you may have longer wait because of walk ins. Staff is friendly and professional. Definitely will return for service again.

Scheduled an appointment for my Ford Expedition that had a recall on the climate control blow motor (can cause interior fires if part is not replaced). I was relieved when I noticed I could get my vehicle in quickly with an appointment. Dropped it off and waited a couple of hours only to get a call saying they didn't have the part. When I returned for my vehicle, no instructions, no advice. It's almost been a month and I still have no idea what happened with my vehicle or if they are getting the part in.. They just took my car, held it for a few hours, did nothing, and it was a waste of a couple hours. Other than that, I was greeted well, shuttle service was great, but that's not why I'm there.

Made an appointment online at 8:00AM and checked that I would be waiting. Arrived at 7:45AM. Vehicle wasn't pull into their garage until 9:30AM. Service was completed in 30 minutes. Counter person said typical appointments run 15 to 30 minutes. I paid and left at 10:15AM. It took 2.5 hours for an oil change ONLY. Was told that they were short handed. Do not make an appointment and wait. Plan to drop off your vehicle. Waste of time.Service: Oil change

Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center Goodyear Arizona is your typicalOverpriced service center. These folks think the people dont have other options. Typical run up on the price service center . Look elswhere. The avergae family should learn how to do simple services like oil changes and the like or else youll be subject to predatory pricing forever... there is always a reason for them to run up the price on you .. no reply from company needed ) ????

Quick lane is great. Landon is AMAZING! I had to take my car in to fix the work that another shop did and get routine maintenance. Landon kept me updated on the progress of the work, my running total, and kept the work within my budget. It felt like a very personalized service. I can't say enough about how amazing she is. Quick lane has my business as long as I will own this car, and it's mostly due to the service that Landon provided.

Edit: just to be clear, I knew I didn’t purchase the extended warranty. I called and asked if the tires were covered under the factory warranty and was told they were. So this wasn’t confusion on my part, it was false information on the part of Quick Lane/Rodeo Ford. And although they called and tried to get me to change my rating, they’ve made no effort to actually correct the situation.Told me over the phone (after I provided the VIN so they could verify) that the tires on the new vehicle I bought from them a year ago had road hazard coverage on the warranty.Scheduled service and came in two days later, only to be told that the tire was not under warranty, and they also did not have the tire in stock. Caused me a full day vs the two hours I had planned, plus over $300 to replace the tire. I totally understand if there isn’t warranty coverage but to tell me it’s covered only to change the story is terrible, as is not having the tire in stock when I called in two days prior to schedule the appointment.Lastly, when I went to pick up my vehicle, the same person was hanging out in the garage chatting up the mechanics after looking at me waiting at the counter. Just left me waiting there for 10 mins. I finally had to call the phone number to get their attention and have someone come in and get me my vehicle.Definitely do not recommend either this Quick Lane or Rodeo Ford, either for service or for new vehicle purchases. Go somewhere else that values customer experience.
