I have lived here for nearly a decade!! I could go on about the ongoing issues with Park Shadows, especially since their negligence nearly cost the lives of my children and I. Instead, after reading most of the recent and past reviews, I will only asked why the company refuses to address their main issue. Kristi! She is by far the most unprofessional individual I have ever had to deal with. And since I've lived here for about 9 years now this is my second time having to deal with her as the property manager. She is unbelievably rude, accusatory, and seeks drama where there is none. I strongly suggest that this issue be addressed!! Please don't suggest I reach out to the office as Kristi has blocked my emails.As a retired professional myself I refuse to engage in any further conversations with her. By the way my child and I are disabled. She definitely needs additional education in this area.I love this community. Loretta and the most of the other staff are amazing ?? ?. Work orders do have an average turnaround time of 1 week to 3 years ? ? but, it's a large community and when they finally do do it they do it right!!I do recommend Park Shadows!! The location, it's safe, friendly, and at times esthetically pleasing. The office staff (Kristi excluded) is amazing!!

Started doing some repairs on items that where brought to Mgmt.since move in, the staff attending to the repairs have been absolutely professional. My main concern still hasn't been repaired and it's a security manner.

Great community. 2 nights in and it’s quiet and clean. My 1 bedroom was clean for move in with upgraded appliances. All I’m waiting on now is for maintenance to fix my thermostat.

email reminders are nice and all about the annual inspections, but at least give a time frame on when you are going to be showing up ?, some of us work overnights + you cant even hear the door knocking from the bedroom!!! Super sketchy and startling when you're a women wearing only a robe and suddenly there's a random man changing the air filter in the bathroom!!!!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Christi or Kristi, however her name is spelt, is unprofessional and racist. She has racially profiled one our neighbors for 'Harrassment" with no physical evidence towards our other neighbor. It just isn't fair because nobody interacts with them. They deserve much better. They've lived here for YEARS before she even became manager, not once have they had complaints nor acted out of pocket, so ridiculous.

My family has lived here for 2 years and have absolutely loved it! The management staff is very attentive and quick to solve any issues we may have experienced and I can't say enough good things about the maintenance staff! We had an excellent experience living at Park Shadows. Well deserved ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

We had our AC catch fire and go out on a weekend, we called the office and Loretta and her staff was on top of everything, she dispatched Miriam to take a look at things, Mariam was very knowledgeable and very friendly, she went out of her way to bring us a portable unit, and kept us updated on when a vendor was coming. Never had an issue with Management getting work done in the 2 years we've been here.

I've loved at Park Shadows for a year now. The maintenance department is friendly, very helpful, and always able to fix the problem I'm having. It may not always be in a timely manner for big project fixes but that's only because their hands are tied due to office and insurance/financial holds. The office staff have been very friendly and helpful also.

I honestly wish something could be done about the fences that are completely falling over. I have been asking for my fence to get fixed since it is tipping over and I can not open the door to the patio. I have called and asked if they can fix the fence and each time I get told they will let maintenance know and 3 years later the fence is still leaning over and just looks horrible. I would much rather be told it isn't going to get fixed than to be told each time that they will "let maintenance know". The pictures you see on the website are misleading. The fences make the community look terrible. I hope I never need to use my patio fence door as an emergency exit because since the fence is falling apart I can't open it. I will be uploading pictures soon. Is it really to much to ask to get the fence fixed?

My daughter locked herself in her room and I was freaking out because we don’t have a key and my partner wasn’t home to help all while trying to feed my new born. My partner called the maintenance and within 10 minutes Marian came and was able to get her out for me. Not only that but she was extremely kind and friendly when my daughter stated freaking out behind the door, she also offered to get us a new door knob with no lock and left a key for the other doors. Would rate Marian 10/10 best of the best.

They give you the impression they will work with evictions but beware it's a tactic they use to get you to do the application which has a fee of $54 if you know you have an eviction they are NOT EVICTION FRIENDLY KEEP LOOKING and the white lady with curly hair was hella rude and seemed happy about the outcome JS!!

Park shadows has a quick and responsive team! They’re always ready to help. Karen is super helpful when I call and their maintenance team is always nice. Thank you Stan, Nick and Mirian for all you do!
