This is Rex Bales (using Sharon account.) I had a nice positive experience with Jonathan Reys today. I also told him we had a great experience with the fender bender with no problems and great response from Allstate and the repair shop. Everone was helpful, curtious to let us know what was going to happen next. This was durning the parts shortage.

When I drove on the freeway and got a huge rock in the windshield, Allstate and the mobile windshield repair replaced my windshield the next day. It was 100% covered by Allstate.
