When the download on new phone Ultra S24 started he helped one other customer as our download was 20 minutes or so then another download to our switching of our current devices. All the while Issac was personable, professional and knowledgeable. A pleasant experience albeit the lengthy stay.”

“I went to a corporate store on S Estrella Pkwy and they wouldn’t help me, so we went into this store N Estrella Pkwy and the manager Esmi was phenomenal! She went above and beyond to help us out. I highly recommend this location. Esmi and her staff are very friendly and customer service is top notch. Esmi is very knowledgeable and she was also training while she was helping us and she was explaining the job very well to her new employee. 10/10 service, after a corporate service couldn’t bother!”

We had gone through SO MANY different people on the phone to try and get my phone fixed and we were so pissed off getting so many different answers from so many different people. We went into the store itself and left extremely satisfied. They are THE ONLY REASON THAT WE ARE STILL WITH T MOBILE. When i arrived at the store I was waited on quickly and was give an appointment pick up time which was very accurate. Arrived to pick up my phone once again greeted promptly. I needed a new screen cover which I bought and the gentleman installed it for me free of charge.
Overall a very pleasant experience”
