“I know this is my first review, but not my first visit. My last visit was about a year or more ago and it rubbed me the wrong way with service being horrible. I left feeling unwelcome. Service is huge for me and I’d rather spend my money somewhere that cares. Today I tried to give this location another shot and since my son really likes their clothes . Right when we opened the door it was definitely better than the last. We were greeted and asked if we needed help. The sales were pretty good and we were able to find quite a few things. Hopefully this will be a trend for future visits.”

“I was invited to a black-tie family wedding, so I needed a tuxedo to meet the guest requirements. I hadn’t rented a tuxedo in 25 years and was unsure how to go about it. I remembered watching the Oscars this year and seeing Chris Hemsworth in an open-collar tuxedo that looked fantastic. I researched who he was wearing and found out it was a Tom Ford tuxedo, costing several thousand dollars. I considered buying this tuxedo but quickly dismissed the idea as irrational.
So, I began looking up tuxedo rentals and found Celebrity Tux and Tails in Peoria. This was a convenient location for me since I live not too far away, near the 303 freeway. I checked their website and found a lot of good information and sample tuxedos that appealed to me. They recommended making the initial fitting appointment eight weeks in advance, which I did. I wasn’t sure why they suggested such a long lead time, but it turns out they do custom tailoring for tuxedo rentals. I had never heard of tailoring a rental before and was pleasantly surprised.
When I arrived for my appointment, I was professionally greeted, and we got right down to business. I showed the employee the picture of the tuxedo I wanted to recreate, and she quickly directed me to a style very close to the Tom Ford example I wanted. I immediately said yes. She took my measurements, and I tried on the jacket and pants of the style I wanted. I brought in my own shoes, which she factored into the tailoring. I told her the date I needed the tuxedo by, left a reasonable deposit, and was on my way. I inquired about possibly buying the tuxedo and was quoted a surprisingly reasonable price. I ultimately decided to rent this time.
Several weeks later, I arrived to pick up my tuxedo at the pre-scheduled time and pay my rental balance. I tried it on, and the gentleman who assisted me made sure everything was perfect, including pre-configuring everything so all I had to do was remove the tuxedo from the garment bag and put it on. It literally took less than five minutes to get dressed for the wedding. I enjoyed the wedding in comfort and style and returned the tuxedo on the pre-scheduled return date without any issues. When I dropped it off, the employee quickly inspected the tuxedo, and I was on my way. Throughout the process, I was kept informed through text messages, which were very convenient reminders.
My whole tuxedo rental experience with Celebrity Tux and Tails exceeded my wildest expectations. I will always use them in the future for my black-tie events, and I highly recommend you do too!”

“The last few times that I have been here, i feel like the selection has been limited and didn't really care for the clothes that they offered. I miss the Marc Anthony collection as I always found something there. Also, their suit/sportcoat selection is very limited, I am a 46 short, and I can only find that size in the boring blue or black. I wish they had them in their other sport coat collections as I would own several more of them. Instead, I end up at Men's warehouse but would rather be buying them from Kohl's.”

We don’t have people like that anymore. People have lost their compassion. Thank you for being such a great person and manager because of you, my vacation will be better in Mexico.

“Friendly staff and very helpful. They carry all colors, cuts and sizes. I got lucky with the day I chose to go. They were giving every customer that walked through the door an extra 15% off. I ended up walking out with great deals on Levi's for my wife and I.”

My daughter and I were just at the mall trying to find an outfit for her birthday weekend and this was by far the best place we came shopping too. Tatyana was amazing as soon as she saw us she immediately stopped folding the shirts she was working on and greeted us with a warm welcoming smile and asked us how our day was and what we were looking for, then preceded to tell us about all the AMAZING sales they had going on (great sales amazing prices). My daughter doesn’t warm up to people fast (very shy) but she loved Tatyana even after we left she said “we definitely need to come back that girl was the best”. But Tatyana was the most help she helped my daughter pick out multiple outfits for her birthday weekend. As well as some other items just for everyday use. She found us some cute matching PJs for my daughter and her 2 friends. She helped us into fitting rooms. She was absolutely amazing probably one of the best shopping experience we’ve ever had. She has amazing customer service as well as her coworkers they were all amazing to us. You don’t see customer service like this store has much these days. Definitely keep her around. We will definitely be coming back and telling my friends and family this is definitely the place to shop.”

“Out and about today and decided to stop by Tanger Outlets to look for some clothes and shoes. When we walked in Tilly’s today we were not only greeted right away, but asked if we needed anything in particular. When we told them what we needed we were also told about some sales going on for that item. The employee helping us, was efficient, friendly and engaging. He went or get an item in the back for us and held it up front while we finished shopping. The store was clean and organized. Prices were pretty decent with the sales.”

“This is indeed a clearance store (the American eagle here isn't) and they sell clearance undies from last season 10 pairs for $30 so if you missed buying last seasons styles they still have them here but popular styles picked out (especially their cotton boybriefs everyone loves). Unfortunately bins are disorganized by sizes and people throw wrong sizes in the bins like I accidentally bought an XL thong (still fits due to their amazing elastic) when I thought I was getting a large. I have to do employee work for them by tossing those sizes in the correct bins xD I also got a pair of cute shorts that I can lounge around the house in or wear out walking the dogs. Can't wait til I go back finding this seasons styles in clearance for next. Unfortunately they only had bras up to DD cup size when I wanted to try one of their bras”

He was super patient with all our questions and even grabbed a size off a top-shelf mannequin when I asked. Who would do that because he has already shown from the inventory list that there is no size. Yet, He brought a step ladder right away and checked. (I would not do that ?. I would curse at the customer in my mind.)
He made sure I tried everything on since it was final sale, and even brought a skirt to the dressing room that I’d left at the counter—good thing, too, because it didn’t fit!
I ended up spending more than planned, but honestly, Berj’s service made it totally worth it. You rock!”

“My husband needed some stacked jeans for a 70's themed party we were attending. He would usually never wear jeans like that but this place was recommended and it wasn't too bad. I walked in and there were 3 employees behind the register and none greeted me although I was the only person in there. I then looked around at the store which in my opinion was majority jeans so I knew they mostly like had what I needed. An employee by the name of Rezaldo (if I remember correctly) came over and educated me on all the stacked jeans. Different products, sizes and lengths. He was really a savior. I had my husband on FaceTime and he could see that my husband was on duty (Phx PD) and he immediately thanked him for his service, which I thought was very nice of him. The store is really pricey but their return policy is crap but if this is your style, it's the place to shop at. Very clean and put together well.”
