This place is a joke they constantly spend money on pointless objects in the warehouse and then can't afford to give raises and bonuses. They expect us as workers to do everything and not hold supervisors and managers accountable for anything. There is no HR on site everything is done through email and phone calls so don't expect anything from that side. The only decent thing i guess is they start you out at 18$ an hour but it's so slow so the time be lucky if you barely make your 40hrs. The higher ups constantly play favorites so if you don't bow down and do extra work that's not part of your job don't expect to go anywhere.

I applied to work at Macys, today was my interview, I failed it. But not only me, they disapproved of many people. I tell them that it is totally a discrimination with the language since we only speak Spanish and understand a little English, the staff speaks too fast they don't even give us time to understand, the same thing happens when they speak with someone in Spanish who if we speak quickly because they don't understand us. In short, many of us need work, it cannot be that in this country of freedom they discriminate against you in a job for not knowing English. In a country where we all need help. What's the point of having a on site Hr if none of you Pick up the phone ? Even calling its like they turn the phone life off or something only people I can ever reach are security and that's sad when HR is needed can't be helped at all

Guard takes 20 minutes to check in and out. Ask for unnecessary information that the officer doesn’t require( i checked with the office ). No restroom or lounge found on facility. Otherwise it’s just an okay facility. They can do better if management pays attention lol.
