Today my son took his vehicle in to Litchfield auto and I was highly upset with the outcome. I ended up calling the shop and after Mike, the manager explained everything to me and I explained everything to him. We came to an agreement that there was a misunderstanding tomorrow the situation will be rectified and, I am thankful that Mike reached out to me and was giving me the opportunity to vent my frustration on how I felt about the service and that he made it right and from this point on they have a customer for life.

Very knowledgeable and honest repair shop. Good communication from them and repairs so far have been 1 day turn around. This can depend on parts availability, which is out of their control sometimes. I'd definitely recommend and will use again.

This is where I take all of my company vehicles. I have 5 total plus my personal vehicle. They only use dealer parts and always have my vehicles fixed and ready by the next day if not the same day. And that’s without me setting an appointment. Every complicated issue with my car they have fixed and it has stayed fixed. I typically speak with Greg and he always explains what they will do and why before they start in case I have questions. Couldn’t have found a better mechanic in the Valley.

Litchfield auto is no good. I took my car there and they did a diagnostic test. They then refused to except the aftermarket alternator from my extended warranty although I said it was OK to do so, instead wanted to use an oem part for $1000 saying he didn't use aftermarket parts. The mechanic Dave told me he had dealt with my extended warranty Endurance in the past and had to have been aware Endurance uses aftermarket parts. I was charged over $200.00 for a diagnosis without any work being done on my car because Dave refused to use the aftermarket part even though I insisted which in my opinion is contradictory to their logo that he's a honest mechanic. Also the aftermarket alternator warranty was longer than the more expensive one Dave of Litchfield Auto wanted to use.I intend on contacting the Attorney General and making a consumer complaint. Beware Litchfield Auto .
