Awful service we were there for 2-1/2 hours! They were all mixed up on patient information. Only 2 rooms ! Everyone was mad! We will not go back.

Was in an out very quickly for a walk-in. Best experience for blood work in a while. I was terrified because of the low ratings but it didn't reflect at all on my experience.

HIPPA violation!! Unless you want every patient that drops labs off here to see your information, then avoid this lab!! I work in healthcare compliance and saw a plethora of PHI sitting out in the open on the back counter, where other patients need to sign in to drop their labs. I told a nurse about this, her response, that usually is not there. She then proceeded to walk away and did nothing to hide the PHI. People were waiting on the floor outside the clinic, check in was not efficient. Again, the failure to comply with HIPPA laws was a huge red flag!!! I would give 0 stars if I could.

Doctor office called and said another round of labs were ruined at LabCorp. Also techs not following basic medical professional safety of not wearing scents because a third of the population is allergic to them.

Slow, they have self check in , the staff seems like they dont really want to be there. Dont want them to hurry but maybe motivate a little. This was the Goodyear Office. Maybe other ones are better.

The check in process sucks. The kiosks take FOREVER. Then you have to wait FOREVER. The employees seem friendly but the check in process is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The times they are open suck also. They need to be open more than 7 to 3 Monday thru Friday. There are so many people that need lab work done you would think they would be open more and have a better check in than the stupid kiosk. Literally took 10 minutes just to check in. Then had to wait even longer even though we were second in line. Absolutely ridiculous.

It can be difficult to be a walk-in at this particular location. The staff were polite, but they will direct you to the kiosks available for check-in.

The receptionist working Thursday July 20th at 1pm is the rudest person i’ve ever met. I see other reviews about her too. Why isn’t she fired ? She is rude and incompetent. You can’t be ugly and rude.

I have been going to this lab for a year and they are the best, polite, professional group that I have experienced. For what I went through, these guys are my people. ♥️

Ok- the 2 stars are for LABCORP itself. Not necessarily the people who work at this location. Labcorp needs to get with the times! Update your lab order systems please to electronic! Figure out a way to make your system get all these orders in electronically from Dr's. I get hives going here every week watching the employees running around like chickens searching through paperwork and faxes. Mind you many peoples faxed orders never come through. This includes me, but I'm also witness to others with my same predicament.I just bring the copy with me now to help save time.Lines are long!! They only have 1-2 phlebotomists working and sometimes one of them is the front desk person. Please hire more people. It's chaos. Finding appointments online, is nearly impossible. 2 of my 3 visits I waited over an hour past my appt time just to be seen. One more note- I have never had a bad blood draw in my life ( I am 49) until my first visit here in May.The person was nice, but she jammed that needle in me so hard like she was brining a turkey for thanksgiving. It burned and stung and hurt the entire draw. I was grimacing. I didn't know what happened but it must have been that the needle was too big, and then the way she stabbed me with it. My other two blood draws have been fine :).Unfortunately, I will have to endure these weekly visits for a while. My advice is to come prepared with your lab order in hand, an appt if you can find one, a book and a fully charged phone.

If I could give the zero stars I would. Check-in was a nightmare. The check-in machines were not working so we had to be manually checked by the front desk lady which didn’t want to be bothered with it. After waiting 45 minutes we get called back only to be told they don’t have enough tubes to run our full blood work. I don’t understand how you can book 3 weeks out and tell them what you’ll be drawing for and come the day of they don’t have enough tubes to do it. What a waste of time. If you can schedule elsewhere do it! This labcorp has let us down for the last time we will ever go back.

Terrible experience. Bad front desk. Too small waiting area! Not going again ever.

Lab Corp obviously don't respect patient time. I made an appointment came 15 mins prior to appointment per their request and I have been sitting in a overcrowded waiting from for a hour past my appointment time. I will not be back. With all the technology these days, a courtesy text saying they are running late? Very disrespectful to not think about others time.
