Against better judgment I stop by Monday morning around 8 AM. To my surprise it wasn’t that busy. I checked in on the tablet per the provided instructions and waited for my name to be called. Everybody in the office was nice and welcoming. I was in and out.

A bad experience starts with their check-in kiosk. It runs a patient thru the series of questions and flashes that it is not registering. So step over to the window and being told it will have the info listed. The desk Person hands back your order and says to wait an hour to bring back the order put into a queue. Which means an additional 1 and half hour to wait. Invest 3 hours to get a blood draw that takes 3 minutes.

Since 8.30 am, people have passed before me without having breakfast with dizziness and it is almost 12pm and they still haven't called me. The first time a laboratory sees that people on an empty stomach do not give them priority without knowing if they are diabetic or not or have any condition then they do not speak Spanish, violating constitutional rights since in AZ there are people here, the majority speak Spanish, what a shame they are giving bad service. I just left a hospital due to an infection from surgery. I think lan1ue works at the front desk and is not prepared because she does not know how to speak Spanish. The patients had to help her interpret....

Worst place to get blood work done. 7 people working with one person drawing blood. Been waiting over 45 minutes and the office is not busy. WORST LAB EVER

I was in on yesterday for routine lab work. I booked my time slot online (you can do a walk-in appointment but there may be a longer wait time). The check-in process upon arrival (I used the mobile app) was easy and seemless; staff was friendly, helpful and professional; facilities were clean; and the waiting area was not crowded. In all I would say that I was in and out in under 15 min.

Awful service we were there for 2-1/2 hours! They were all mixed up on patient information. Only 2 rooms ! Everyone was mad! We will not go back.

Was in an out very quickly for a walk-in. Best experience for blood work in a while. I was terrified because of the low ratings but it didn't reflect at all on my experience.

HIPPA violation!! Unless you want every patient that drops labs off here to see your information, then avoid this lab!! I work in healthcare compliance and saw a plethora of PHI sitting out in the open on the back counter, where other patients need to sign in to drop their labs. I told a nurse about this, her response, that usually is not there. She then proceeded to walk away and did nothing to hide the PHI. People were waiting on the floor outside the clinic, check in was not efficient. Again, the failure to comply with HIPPA laws was a huge red flag!!! I would give 0 stars if I could.

Doctor office called and said another round of labs were ruined at LabCorp. Also techs not following basic medical professional safety of not wearing scents because a third of the population is allergic to them.

Slow, they have self check in , the staff seems like they dont really want to be there. Dont want them to hurry but maybe motivate a little. This was the Goodyear Office. Maybe other ones are better.
