Have been trying to get ahold of a live human to verify doctor sent my Moms work order. No one answers phone and left two messages and haven't received a phone call back. Very frustrating. ?

Against better judgment I stop by Monday morning around 8 AM. To my surprise it wasn’t that busy. I checked in on the tablet per the provided instructions and waited for my name to be called. Everybody in the office was nice and welcoming. I was in and out.

Was in an out very quickly for a walk-in. Best experience for blood work in a while. I was terrified because of the low ratings but it didn't reflect at all on my experience.
