Bought two tan rocker recliners, got them on sale, sales person very nice, got risers to make them sit taller...it was all good on paper! But, when delivered, one chair didn't have a riser, which we paid for, the delivery guys were great, got a hold of repair person, to get that on! Also, wrong color delivered, but if I would have told them to take back, we'd have to sit on the floor, until next delivery! So, I shut up about the brown color. I would make that work, the person shows up to put the riser on, he was also very great, but really earned his money, he had to wrestle the back of chair off, pound a bent piece that puts the chair back on, which he did a good job! My gripe is with Lazy Boy warehouse, who sent wrong chairs, also think they were having trouble putting second riser on and maybe hoped we wouldn't notice?!?! Now that we've had them a bit, we also noticed the padding, when reclined was thinner on my chair than my husbands! I really thought Lazy Boy was a good choice for our chairs, but they never did a followup, to see how it's going, no real apology, for all the trouble, no survey or feedback, for me to compliment the delivery men or repair man!

Great experience at the Goodyear store. Holly and Sonja were the best team ever! Wonderful customer service, answered all questions and explained everything extremely well. Very thorough and worked with us, they listened to all our concerns and came up with great recommendations. We are so happy with their service and they were such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend working with them and they both have a great sense of humor and we kept them laughing!!!!!

We recently purchased living room furniture from La-Z-Boy at the Goodyear Arizona store. Holly was our salesperson and Sonja was our design consultant. We were helped every step of the way with these two very professional employees - from the initial selection to coming into our home to help design a room that met our needs. They were most respectful of our ideas as well as our price point. We couldn't be more pleased with the customer service we received, and we love how their suggestions have turned our room into a beautiful retreat! Ryan Woods ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We went to Lazyboy yesterday looking for a new swivel chair. We were asked by two people within a few minutes about what we were looking for. We explained that we just wanted to look around.
A few minutes later a young man walked up to us and offered us bottles of water and said to let him know if we had any questions. He wasn’t overly inquisitive like the previous two people. I took one water and thanked him.
We found a chair we liked and I sought out the young guy that gave us water. Hi name is Ryan Woods and he did an excellent job showing us fabric options. He even showed the chair in the 3d Room Visualizer with different fabrics and how we could use the Visualizer at home. Very helpful person. Thanks Ryan. We’ll be back to see you.
