I’ve been a long time supporter of Kirkland’s. In today’s economy you are always left guessing when stores are closed or open these days. I was in the store at 6:55pm “greeted” by an employee who rudely says “what do you need, we have 3 minutes before we close” I can’t help but think Kirkland’s must not want sales anymore. It’s Phoenix, it’s 115 today during your open hours so when the sun goes down here people want to shop when they don’t fry in the sun. Exactly how much revenue do you do on a Monday in the Summer to say no to a consumer. It’s truly maddening to watch people “work” these days.
Ill shop many other places but sadly, this location lost my business today for good.

The slowest ladies ever at checkout.Had a pick up order they could not find and lady was searching all over for it! For 1 item , need to be more organized

Great store. But the 2nd time we have come in where no one in the store greets up. We walk around the whole store too you can't miss us. A few others we came in with had the same experience. Just so you know. Still a great store.

Have visited different Kirkland's stores over the years and I always find great decor and unique gifts there. I enjoyed my visit to this Kirkland's.

Kirklands is a great local store my family and I visit especially around the holidays. It's usually a relaxing and enjoyable experience except for today (Saturday). Was delightfully greeted by a sell's associate as I walked however as we discussed the item I was looking for Heather rudely interrupted and loudly exclaimed "we are busy, get on the register". The store was not busy. There was another associate helping a customer on one register and another customer waiting to be helped while others browsed the store. I am not sure if she's an assistant manager or manager but her actions were inappropriate and unprofessional. I left the store buying nothing. That experience was unwarranted and not part of the Kirkland values. I will find holiday items else where this year.
