I will not scan coupons at JCPenney's no more something fishy's going on they only give you 50% of the coupons worth will always buy online. Just check my receipt they didn't give me the coupon at all and they both said they did will never shop here again

This is a smaller store that is not stock very well. Shopping for my wife, and they didn't have any of the advertised items we came to purchase.

Seriously, why does this store not open until 11 am? How can you run a retail store like that? The Arrowhead store opens at 10. Are you just allowed to set your own hours different from every other store? Does the store manager have another job as a bouncer at a night club so he wants to open later? I saw SO many people walk up to the door and then turn around and leave. The day is half over at 11.

The store is going through remodeling. Floor staff was not very helpful. Long line in check out only to checkers.

Very on professional rude customer service at the front counter! If you are going to work with the public and help the public, you should have a better attitude and treat me with respect and kindness! The lady in woman's was very helpful!

Trying on some clothing and store associates treat you like if you’re stealing. She asked me if I was going to buy that… uh I don’t know yet I’m looking at my options. Then minutes later a lady comes down the aisle arguing with a supervisor asking her for the managers number and the supervisor refused to give her the number. The supervisor asked her if she was going to buy all that. Is this in your guys customer service training to be rude. Seems like all your employees have bad customer service at this location. I’d rather drive to arrowhead for better service

We give 5 stars to Audrey she is in the jewelry section. Wonderful person! We never felt pressure or rushed throughout the process of finding my upgraded wedding ring. We will for-sure be coming back to her for any of our future jewelry needs. IF YOU GUYS NEED SOMETHING FROM JEWELRY PLEASE GO TO HER YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Thank you Audrey :)

No scooters for us handicapped. The special spring display area was a disaster. The employee I asked about items I was looking for was not helpful and acted like she was too busy to assist. Then I saw them roaming around to return a product to its location. Didn't bother to follow up with me. The cashier was pleasant enough.
