I just completed my taxes today, I was very satisfied with the help of all the employees at this location, staff,very friendly (professional) the environment is clean & safe. All my needs concerning my taxes were met. This is a professional location, and all the employees were very professional and trained (knowledgeable of taxes), I am highly/very satisfied. Fast and friendly staff, all staff looked well kept and squared away!!! I will be returning next year, No complaints

So unprofessional. Tried calling in to confirm/potentially reschedule our appointment after getting some voice messages over the weekend saying that our representative wouldn't be there to assist us. When my call was finally answered after multiple attempts, instead of a "Hello" or a "Hello, please hold", all I could hear were 2 people having a conversation in the background. No direct responses to me. With that, we're going to file our taxes elsewhere.

This location and it's employees are racist and very unprofessional! Today I experienced a Tax preparer stand over me shout at me and and threatened to stop another preparer from doing my taxes. They called the police on me after I requested the corporate number to file a complaint. They tried to get me arrested for stating they were unprofessional and had no right to speak to me in a loud and disrespectful manner. They asked the police to arrest me for remaining there while they resend my tax documents. I will never return to this office and I will never allow them to prepare my taxes ever again. Also their fees are outrageous! This was the worst experience and to state that a 4 ft 7 inches woman to be a threat is ridiculous. I did not present myself in a threatening manner and the police saw through their tactics. The office staff are unprofessional yet have an expectation of the customers to respect them. DO NOT LET THEM DO YOUR TAXES!!!!

Wasn’t sure what my favorite part of filing my taxes this year was, whether that was waiting 45 minutes after my appointment for someone to even attempt to assist me that wasn’t my “representative, the person who had an appointment later than mine and finishing before I was seen, or the two other reps that told me they could’ve helped me as I sat there wondering why everyone’s being quickly helped compared to myself. Once the wrong representative brought me back and stated they can try to help yet had an appointment in 10 minutes is where I decided first perception of negativity was enough for me to walk out. Appreciate this specific H&R Block showing me that I should value my time more and go with other alternatives.
