I won’t recommend this place for a haircut do your self a favor and your hair too , your hair would thank you . First person messed up my hair and second person ruined my hair now I have to go to a very important meeting with this ugly haircut and she was rude and incompetent and bad mood too , she was so rude that she grabbed my head with her hand and hurt my neck . Also I want to say this be more mindful and respectful with your costumers we are that ones who are paying ok !! If it wasn’t for us you wouldn’t have a business, the third woman too she just came to the front to give me bad eyes and her expression on her face was mad weird ok . I don’t know you you don’t know me so why ur treating first time people coming to this place like that . They grab your information and say we call you or send I a text message they don’t call or text ok ! Don’t cut hair if u don’t know what you’re doing go somewhere else to work . Even if you have been to this place for years they shouldn’t treat people like that !!!

I am so disappointed of this please Learn how to cut hair and respect ur paying costumers ok !! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place your hair would thank you . First I ask her if she can make the cute haircut and she didn’t make it like it was in the magazine. Why do they even have does books or magazines if they are not going to follow the hair stile . Second I have it to go back the second time the woman haded it a bad attitude towards me i say can you please fix my hair I couldn’t fix it . She give me a bad look and her expression on her face wow . She even grad my head soo rude and at the end she didn’t fix it how sad do me a favor if you think or know that you can cut or try to pull up a hair style please first learn how to cut all types of hairs thank you it would be so appreciated if u do that to us the paying customers I say she was unprofessional and lack of understanding in how I felt that my hair is all messed it up more . Next time please be respectful and Cain towards your clients ok . Another woman was looking at me so weird and I not even know them or they don’t know me to react like that . First time a shame on u and next time a shame of me if I go back again there . Bad personal working there . I should ask for my money back better.!!!!!
Requested style: Style more like here you go and get the out of here . Not even close to the hair do I wanted sad ? now i have to have this ugly haircut for 5 months. Horrible person. U should hired people who really knows what they are doing ok !

I've spent years dealing with cowlicks and finding a haircut style that works with them and my thick hair. I've had decent attempts over the years with stylists and just come away thinking, "that's good enough and probably the best they could do with my hair". I've been told in the past by a couple stylists my hair was hard to cut for how I wanted it. I was traveling to Goodyear for a month and needed a cut bad. I went into this Great Clips store and got Maria. She was able to tweak the existing fauxhawk style a bit and also cut it in a way that made me not even have to deal with all my cowlicks! Most of the time I have to apply a ton of hair products to get it to stay in place but now I can go with very little gel because it just naturally goes where it should go on it's own! She was so good that I was sad that I wouldn't be able to use her every month. The funny thing is, I had my schedule change about 4 weeks later that had me back in Phoenix for a week and the first thing I thought of was "Yay! I can get my haircut again from Maria!"...now I just need to find a way to get back to Phoenix every month. I have to add this latest update since I meant to write this review on June 15th when she last cut my hair so this last part wouldn't have been in this review and the story would be done. I was not intending to move to Phoenix for a couple more years but within the last 36 hours I went from not even thinking about moving there to putting in an offer and now I'm under contract and will be close to Maria full time only 10 min away...don't worry Maria, I'm not stalking you.

I’ve always felt like I was overspending on my hair cuts here. I basically just get a buzz cut, but Virginia did an amazing job and made me feel like I didnt waste my money today.

Don't know the girl's name who did my hair but she messed it up bad had to go to another place and get it fixed that day it was bad one of the worst cuts ive ever had I will never go back

Took my teen boys here today, super clean salon both boys were seen by our estimated check in time. Want to send a big shout out to Rosie who listened to my son and was able to make his vision into a reality.. she did it all with such a great attitude and huge personality.. which was SO refreshing! We will for sure be back!!
