Scam going on here. BEWARE.Scam at register.Contacting the BBB.Overcharges you then they can’t or won’t refund you.No manager, gal was clueless to resolve.Scam city to have you spend more money than intended. My 60$ visit ended up costing me 100$.Please don’t shop here.

Man I've been going here since they moved into hear many years ago. I believe the girl working name was Taylor at first she was the best employee they had I just went in last week and it was a guy I've never. Seen I got a vape opened it in store and it was wet with juice all over it I went up to him and said hey I'd like to get a different one so he grabbed one and scanned it I told him excuse me I just bought this one and look at it it's broken and wet and he said it happens that I'd have to buy a new one I grabbed the one on the counter he scanned and left as he was yelling at me he's calling the cops a year even 2 or 3 years ago when it was just the young girls working this would have never happened like I said I believe her name was Taylor that ran that shop like a pro I still give it a 5 Stat because they have stepped there game up this last year including badass shirts hats and other inventory they didn't use to have that why it's still a 5 star they've definitely got more inventory and cool stuff this last year even though this last time going about a week ago they looked lIke they were packing everything up it looked naked empty in there hopefully for a remodel or something I use to go in weekly years ago just because how cool the girls where that worked there were My only advice to Gravitate Owner is restock all the cool shirts hats and other things and get rid of all these guys you got working there last couple months it's been a different guy all have something off about them either rude unprofessional or socially awkward bring back a all female gravitate shop is my biggest. Recommendation

This guy with blonde hair just was giving such awful customer service. He made it very clear that he didn't want me there. This had never been an issue and it's upsetting because it was shocking how negative he was towards me. Though I know it's just this one employee, I usually enjoy the trip here every other time

I’ve never ever in my life been to a smoke shop as amazing as this…not only is the store beyond clean and organized but the people working are the most amazing people ever. Protect them at all costs. I was helped by Anita I had a broken tip from dropping my mod and she helped the difference in price from my order without any questions. She’s super sweet and will always make you feel at home whenever you go in. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Selling fake cells batteries,super old wraps stay on the shelves, literally brake in ur hands… that’s not supposed to be sold! Employee turn around rate is higher than amazon. Sell to minors constantly and say they id but clearly don’t when little Suzy is buying vapes with a high school branded t shirt on! Never had a single good experience buying from this shop! And they do not care about their employees!

Been going here for a couple of years now, and I must say I have never had a negative experience. They have knowledge on all the items you purchase. They always make me feel welcome from the time I walk in the door. They always have great prices or deals, which I love. They always take their time with each person so you do not ever feel rushed. When they run out of something, they make sure to get the product back in. I will always go back there, even if I'm in another part of the valley, I wait until I get home. I always tell everyone about them and I swear they have a lot of different things than other smoke shops, because I have family and friends that ask me to bring them items, because the smoke shops they go do not have certain things. #1 in the valley goes to Gravitate Smoke & Vape!!!

Great, friendly staff! They have a ton of good, quality inventory. They even carry Puffco products & replacement parts! This is my new go-to smoke shop!
