I recently moved to this area, and had my perscription sent to this pharmacy! They were great! So kind! Someone even called me a day later to say they were here for me if I had any questions! Very sweet people!

Very slow and getting prescriptions done from the Doctor also refills or very slow.Sometimes takes up to 3 days before they say it's ready.
I think they have a big turnover and people working in there. Would not recommend this pharmacy.Choose a different place.

Very knowledge, helpful, and kind pharmacists. The girls at the counter Herbert's are kind but their knowledge about the medicines are sorely lacking. One argued with me that my diabetes would be better by taking the synthroid daily. ( I don't have diabetes and I never heard of a thyroid medicine helping it)

Love this Pharma! Always respectful and polite! To those who state otherwise, I'll darn well guarantee, YOU'RE the problem! They're SUPER BUSY at this location most days so be prepared for a line and a wait when they're busy.If they're busy, COME BACK LATER... Don't get pissy with them, that's on you! They're only trying to help you by doing their jobs as best they can!People in a few other reviews say this location is rude or incompetent...I BEG TO DIFFER!They've never been ANYTHING but kind and professional to me and EVERY OTHER customer I've ever seen them helping.Five Stars! Across the board!

I’d give zero stars if I could. So much to unpack here. TLDR: Lack of communication, extended amount of time just for a prescription refill, and just flat out lying to you.Service at this pharmacy has been unreliable with no sign of doing anything to improve. For the past year they have been taking several days just for a refill so you really have to plan ahead if you’re starting to run low on your medicine. Worse, they don’t communicate with YOU, the actual patient, when there’s an issue with filling your prescription such as the insurance not covering, they don’t have the medication available, etc.. Instead of informing you and/or at the least giving you the option to pay out of pocket (get reimbursed later by your insurance or use a coupon from GoodRx) they just leave you in the dark to wonder. This is such a huge failure to communicate. I had two new scripts sent to this pharmacy from two different doctors on the same day. After an entire week of not receiving any notification that the script was ready, I had to call for a status. This is when the pharmacy finally informed me that my insurance wouldn’t cover either of the medications & they claimed they sent msgs to both of my doctors the same day the pharmacy received the orders. Well, I hadn’t heard anything from either doctors and mind you it’s been a whole week. I then called both of my doctors. Wouldn’t you know, BOTH doctors offices advised they did not receive ANYTHING from the pharmacy. An unlikely coincidence. Another incident: my GI doctor sent a script to this pharmacy on 11/4/22 WITH a Pre-Authorization from my insurance company. I gave ample time to fill my script since it seems they are short staffed. Finally had to call them on 11/15/22. That’s ELEVEN DAYS of hearing nothing from them. Spoke to someone who said their name was “Anna” who stated my script was “JUST NOW approved by the Insurance company & it would be ready in an hour”. Now, what are the odds? Am I just THAT lucky? Perhaps I should go to the casino ?. Come on now, I may have been born at night but it wasn’t *last night*. Clearly they had been sitting on this. I let Anna know that this was hard to believe & took this opportunity to inform the pharmacy about my two doctors offices never receiving any communication from them. Anna then proceeded to deflect any responsibility/fault onto their system which she stated is a “third party platform that they use & they are not responsible if their communication doesn’t go through”. It appears the pharmacy is aware of issues with the system they’re using but isn’t doing anything to resolve this. *Unreliable* is such an understatement. Consider this a PSA.

Horrible service.I'm understanding but generosity is rarely seen here especially with the female pharmacist.
