I feel bad for the Pharmacy staff and pharmacists that are there as they are very shortstaffed. However, being three days behind on all prescriptions can cause significant health implications For medical patients. Also having to wait to talk to somebody even though you've already done the online phone process for your prescription to never Receive a message, zero communication and no prescription being ready is astounding. I have been Using this Pharmacy for about 12 years because it's closest to my house, but the last three or four years has been terrible. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone that Is on a reoccurring medication and has a recurring prescription as it will never be ready on time. There is also a lot of misinformation that is given to customers about their prescriptions due to Not enough staff nor training. If you need your prescription in a timely manner and don't want to fuss every month With your pharmacy, I suggest you go elsewhere.

I had a tooth infection that required antibiotics and pain pills. My dentist forgot to send the prescription to fry’s, which I found out after calling the pharmacy and asking the robot that answered to speak to the pharmacy. Called my dentist office and they sent the prescription over. I waited an hour and then called the pharmacy again to make sure I could get it that evening since I was in terrible pain. Person I spoke to was very kind and understanding and said it would be ready in 30 mins. Fifteen mins later I get a text saying it’s ready. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate being able to talk to an actual human in the pharmacy and that they CARED enough and helped me get the medication I desperately needed. They were also awesome when I went to pick it up. I really appreciate their kindness and efficiency and I will go here again if I ever need another prescription. Thank you staff!

My Dr sent my prescriptions to Fry's pharmacy on Friday before noon. I have painful kidney and bladder infection. I did receive a notice they received my scripts, but were not ready. It was unusual because I do not receive notice of receipt from Fry's. Although I have elected online to have them do so. I tried checking online for status next day, but I received error message stating to try later. I tried later and received same error message. I deleted my Fry's app and tried again. I could not login. I also tried logging in on the web. I called the number for perscription status, but the person on line was trying to troubleshoot why I was receiving error messages. He asked for my name and address. I thought he was looking up my account, but he was not. Next day, Sunday, I called for status and was told my perscription was still not ready. This is the 3rd time I had to call the pharmacy for a status on my perscriptions. I wait at least 2 days on average to get a perscription from this pharmacy. It seems that the perscriptions sit until you call and speak to someone. I was informed that my perscription will be ready in 30 minutes. About 15 minutes later, I received notice my perscription was ready for pickup. It seems to be a longtime issue with this pharmacy. I forgot to ask my Dr not to send my perscriptions to this Fry's pharmacy. I think they can do better. To wait for 2 days for antibiotics is too long in my opinion!

I love Fry's store but their pharmacy at this location is unnecessarily bad. Terrible service, scripts never filled when notifed that they're ready to be picked up, then I have to wander and wait for them to be filled, crazy wait times if there's a line. If you can use any other pharmacy, save yourself the hassle.

Although the situation was frustrating because of insurance issues and tech issues, Evamarie was the picture of kindness and Grace. She stayed calm and did her best to meet the needs of every customer!! Evamarie deserves a raise!

This pharmacy never sends alerts when anything is being worked on, is annoyed when you call to check status, says your Rx is ready when it isn’t and half the time their window is closed so you have to go inside being sick with sick kids. Today I am sitting here waiting going on 30 mins (Dr called in an hour ago) with pneumonia and a severe sinus infection and fever and have stood in line twice and they keep telling me it’s not ready and I need to go sit and wait AGAIN and they’re just busy. All while catering to a well man who they’ve alerted twice to come speak to them and he happily told them he will go get an oil change and come back. If you want poor service every time, this is your pharmacy!

I recently moved to this area, and had my perscription sent to this pharmacy! They were great! So kind! Someone even called me a day later to say they were here for me if I had any questions! Very sweet people!

Very slow and getting prescriptions done from the Doctor also refills or very slow.Sometimes takes up to 3 days before they say it's ready.
I think they have a big turnover and people working in there. Would not recommend this pharmacy.Choose a different place.

Very knowledge, helpful, and kind pharmacists. The girls at the counter Herbert's are kind but their knowledge about the medicines are sorely lacking. One argued with me that my diabetes would be better by taking the synthroid daily. ( I don't have diabetes and I never heard of a thyroid medicine helping it)

I always get my prescription here but lately they never have my meds or my husband I been waiting for a month on my meds and I call on hold for like an hour this frys is getting ridiculous ? maybe time for a new pharmacy like cvs or walgreens

Love this Pharma! Always respectful and polite!To those who state otherwise, I'll darn well guarantee, YOU'RE the problem!They're SUPER BUSY at this location most days so be prepared for a line and a wait when they're busy.If they're busy, COME BACK LATER... Don't get pissy with them, that's on you!They're only trying to help you by doing their jobs as best they can!People in a few other reviews say this location is rude or incompetent...I BEG TO DIFFER!They've never been ANYTHING but kind and professional to me and EVERY OTHER customer I've ever seen them helping.Five Stars! Across the board!
