Please avoid this credit union. New tellers are not knowledgeable enough and have to ask for help which delays my transaction. Requesting a current 30 day statement has been such a hassle, they keep sending me to the app when I need dates that are not on my statement yet. Being told by the teller I cannot withdraw a certain amount of money and having to ask her manager when it belongs to me. This credit union was great with customer service 3+ yrs ago. Closing my account and moving on

$8 to cash a check there that was issued from there. $5 for a cashiers check that still got held for a week because the bank didn’t verify funds with my bank. The DMV has less hold times when I call.

This is the absolute shittiest bank I have ever used, I didnt want this Bank in the first place but my credit union was bought out from them and since August I have had nothing but issues, including today that they took an extra loan payment from me how convenient how rapidly they can TAKEA your money I held almost 40 mins to speak with someone who cant help until the next business dag, can't wait until my loan is paid off so I can close this acct and go to AZ Federal I will never use this credit union again nor recommend it to anyone.! For any type of financing

Cheryl Mangotich was very helpful! She was very thorough with assisting me with my wire transfer and went the extra mile to make sure my personal contact information was updated! This was big due to me visiting other branches previously who did not provide this quality of service! Thank you and keep up the great work!

Really difficult to constantly jump through the hoops of there faulty website, and poor customer service. I'm sure some people are really nice that work there, but the amount of time (spent on hold), and effort to make a payment is really frustrating. Website didn't work, so I called in to make a payment over the phone. They charge a $10 processing fee for taking payments over the phone.

I had reached out through reviews to explain just how upset I had been with my past experience.First Credit Union called me in a instant to apologize and to hear me out . They expressed their apology’s and took into consideration my views on the wait times for the drive through. The Apology I was very genuine from the manager there how I wish I could remember her name . Anyway I really feel I had to update my review because it spoke volumes that she reached out. Her understanding and apology were sincere and I believe changes will be made. I am very happy that I was heard. Thank you First credit union for always caring and listening when something goes wrong .

Just started with them and I am having second thoughts. Even though I repeatedly stated I have no interest in loans, mortgages, debit cards, atms, Suzanne persisted in telling me about all these products available. She talked way too much about stuff I didn't want. In addition, she made a comment implying my the executor of my will won't be able to access my account if I haven't set up a trust, and, of course, they offer asset management services. It felt like I was being sold a used car. I'll give them a chance to overcome this initial bad impression, and update my review.
