Melissa (Melinda?) is a pro, and always locates my FedEx account for me immediately. This little spot is a lifesaver!

They would not ship my parcel in the box that I had it in and wanted to sell me another box for $50. The extra box that I did not need was more than the shipping. What a scam.

I didn’t get the woman’s name working this morning, but she was so nice and it was not forced. She’s genuinely a nice lady who cares about customer service. This location gained a new customer.

Staff was friendly & helpful. As many times I’d been in this Walmart I’d never noticed the FedEx store. It’s easy to locate once you pay attention to the fact that it’s really inside Walmart.

I did not have a great experience when I walked into this FedEx location on Sunday, March 12th at 12pm. When I walked into the store, the employees did not greet me when they clearly saw me walk through the door. When I asked them to assist me, they had an attitude. I did receive an answer to my question, but again, the two employees acted like I was bothering them which did not feel good as customer bringing in business. I'm sad I had this experience. Thank you for reading.

Closed on Saturday's? Yet when you look on google it says most popular time is Saturday. I went to ship a package at FedEx on Estrella Parkway in Goodyear Arizona and it's closed on Saturday. I wonder if I'm the only one that this makes zero sense too. Yes there are other locations open but they're only drop off meaning they can't give you any kind of a service.

Visited this store with my daughter today. She was picking up a special order for her Wedding Reception. Debbie , the Manager of the store, helped her. Debbie was very friendly and helpful and we had a great experience

This is directed as FEDEX as a whole and not this specific location. Unfortunately no one at FedEx will provide a number to address any local issues. The driver that delivers to my neighborhood stole a pair of high value sneakers I had getting delivered. Two pairs showed out for delivery, one showed up in a box that was highly damaged/tampered with and the higher value pair went from out for delivery to pending. Two days later, after I started an investigation, magically tracking changed to delivered... I have a video camera on my door, it showed the driver deliver the first pair. However the day and time the second pair was allegedly delivered there is nothing. To really put the picture together further, I spoke with the driver about everything and he couldn't stop telling me how sorry he was but also just happened to be wearing the same type of shoe I had stolen...coincidence? FedEx ran a trace on the package and said it was delivered and the case was closed. However they would not tell me the address it was delivered to or the GPS coordinates. They told me to take it up with Adidas, the issue is the shoes are a limited release and not replaceable. So FedEx doesn't care. Adidas can't replace the item and FedEx is all too happy to have a thief working for them...wonderful company.
