My husband I and just moved to the area about 6 months ago and have gone 3 times now and leave happier every time. Liz has helped us out all three times. Nothing but a great bunch of women working here. Very professional and polite each time.

TerribleOnly two girls working they were arguing with each other. One was stopping around because they ran out of water. She went next door to get some.So unprofessional. It was my first visit. I left. Never going back.

I will say you get what you pay for. The customer service was terrible. I had a manager do my hair and she left me in the bath for 45 ish min while she took on a regular client. She then asked another stylist to wash my hair. Then I sat for another 40 min in my stylist chair, left to dry my own hair with a towel. When my stylist came back she commented that my skin had a rash (a reaction to the toner because they didn't rinse it all) and said my hair was very tangled. The kicker in the end was when I went to pay she said they tack on an additional $5-10 charge because she's not just a regular hair stylist. 2hr and 35min later my simple highlight turned into a $170. Lesson learned will not be back.

Never going back! Service has gone down hill fast! Years ago I gave a 5 star review, but that has changed drastically. My stylist, Jordan treated me like I was inconveniencing her and didn’t even wash my hair thoroughly. She was also very rough and unfriendly. So disappointed in this place!

OK I just have to post which I never do but here it goes I am retired hairdresser In my 50s so of course we can be a little pickyI’m Karen lol but I am a nice karen haSo I visited fantastic Sams in Goodyear and a lovely hairstylist named Tia did my hair. She did partial highlights and cut my hair and I shattered Bob… And did my eyebrows I have to say my hair never looked better and I have paid sometimes up to $300 to have my hair done And this Lovely young woman did my hair amazingly for less than half of what I used to pay… Don’t be afraid to try A new salon, ladies or men…Less money doesn’t always mean a worse haircut or color. Sometimes it just means they want a safe environment clients that come in all the time and not having to Pay some stupid amount for booth rent. Everybody went to school, and everyone learned the techniques and built on them.In short, give them a try fantastic Sams and ask for Tia She was truly amazing.!!!

Only thing is can say is FANTASTIC! Kim (the manager) is the best hairstylist I have ever had! She is fantastic with customer service, coloring and styling! Jordan is absolutely perfect for me when it comes to doing crazy colors! Liz has phenomenal customer service and is the sweetest! I am most certain these ladies have other amazing qualities and services that I have yet to personally experience. I will keep coming back to this amazing place and outstanding staff!!

I normally have my cousin cut my hair but she moved to California, this was my first time at fantastic Sam’s, I had explained to the stylist that this was my first time and what as my plan, to take about 3 inches off, as she is cutting she’s telling me I’m going to need to cut 6-7 inches in total, she asked me how low and I placed my hand a few inches below my collar, armpit area, when she’s done having me position my head and I can see straight, my hair is cut straight all the way across TO MY NECK, I was completely devastated, I couldn’t help but cry and asked her why she said my hair needed and it, I look like D.W from Arthur. And then the stylist was offended that I was inconsolable and left to the back, the other lady was ready for me to pay at the register I told her I’ll pay 10 and that’s it, she had the nerve to tell me that they “will credit me this time” Wow just WOW, talking about pick up the hair from the ground to prove it was only 6 inches, I’m going to place this experience on every platform and possible and look into legal aid because of the lack of professionalism and disregard for my horrible experience, also said to come in 8-12 weeks for a trim, so it can grow out better. 8-12 weeks before my hair starts to not look like DW from Arthur?? I don’t get why they have 4.4 stars, maybe they pick and choose how they want to treat 1st timers in their salon.Services: Haircut

Had my hair highlighted here my hair is a med brown with some gray I wanted silver highlights which they pulled thru a cap because of my hair being short the process was about 3 hours and when finished my hair didn't even look like it had highlights all it did was lighten the rest of my untreated hair so I went back the next day and we put lavender instead it's only been 5 days and you would never know I had anything done there is no color at all .I'm very disappointed with them and would not recommend getting your hair done here my cost for this was roughly 120 dollars ?

They were really busy on Sunday so we waited 2 hours but they got us in. She did a good job trimming my daughter's hair and mine. I think my daughter has a new place to go.

I really hate trying new places for kids hair cuts but I had not much of a choice today with school tomorrow. Worst experience ever! I waited about an hour as a walk in my son was first she seemed like she didn’t even know what I wanted was in a rush and messed up so bad I went to the barber shop to get it fixed. Not only that! I originally went there because I needed a hair cut for my daughter this is her second hair cut ever. She didn’t even get a hair cut we sat there waiting and waiting while people after us kept getting helped before we did. I finally decided to get up and leave after 2 hours sitting in that place. Worst experience!
