Awesome experience with eye doctor Moen great chair side and he went through everything in my eye exam with me Mrs Nicky just amazingly great very personable and caring and was amazing with my kids and Jesus was just a whole amazing vibe I would go there again and again just for those 3

3/4/24 I called asking how much more for a contact exam? After some phone tag was able to speak with the manager who to my surprise OFFERED to waive the $50 fee “save me money” ( I found the price out yesterday) and I was to receive a call to pick them up. Welp, fast forward to 3/19/24 no call so I called spoke with the general manager was informed the contacts had not been ordered at that time but on 3/19/24. As a contact wearer for over 30yrs I knew it would take time to order and come in that’s why I initially called 3 and 1/2 weeks before I would need them. Now because of the “saving me money” per the manager I’ve had to gracefully bow out of an event. Had I of been able to just pay I would have gotten what I needed when I needed as I originally tried and wanted to do. It’s the principle and they don’t seem to understand that, trival, yeah maybe, but only to them. This is the second and last time I’ve been disappointed in and with this particular office. Watch the apologies but I’m still inconvenienced…SMH shame on y’all and all it’s inhabitants….

Exceptional customer service! I was in town for a few days and the arm fell off my glasses. I walked in the shop, hoping to get them fixed before I had to leave in 2 days. Within 5 minutes, they were repaired at no charge. Thank you again

Awful experience, came in wanting an eye exam and to address some concerns I had with my vision. Before making the appointment I called to see if the eye exam was included in their promos where you buy 2 for one price, as I had another appointment I was looking at elsewhere that included the exam in their promo, but this place was closer to me and they could get me in sooner. I was told yes, so I went ahead and proceeded with making the appointment with this location. My boyfriend came with me to help me pick frames out, it’s been a while since I have worn glasses, I mainly have worn contacts throughout the years but wanted a break due to uprising vision issues and needed some help picking some glasses out and a confident boost. The first part of the exam went okay, the second part when I was switched off to the doctor is where it just started to go bad. First off I don’t appreciate him assuming my ethnicity just based off of my name and assuming I speak Spanish (which I don’t) and getting the meaning wrong to begin with and his co-workers having to correct him and him laughing it off. I came in because I have been having issues with my vision, seeing blurry spots in the center and eye pressure and I was concerned. My concerns were blown off with it happens with age and only gets worse and instead wanted to tell me jokes, which isn’t really professional in my opinion, not when someone is trying to tell you their concerns about their health. I was over this exam at this point because I felt like I wasn’t getting any comforting answers. My boyfriend and I started looking at frames afterwards, I am petite so it is hard finding things that look proportioned right on me, and like I said it has been a while since I’ve worn glasses so it did take me a bit to find a few frames to decide from. It did seem like we were being rushed to make a decision. Finally we went to go check out and going in I thought the exam was included with the promo they had going on (as I called and asked prior to making the appointment) I was told no that they aren’t, and I explained that I called in to ask that question before making the appointment so I wouldn’t run into this exact issue as I originally had an appointment somewhere else that did include it in their promo. As we were already there and wasted our time there I was debating on just paying the price and taking my loss but the final straw was when another gentleman working there walked by and made the comment about us being there for a while and having tried on almost all of the frames. I felt that comment was really unnecessary. I’m paying for the service and I’m going to be wearing the product I should be comfortable in it, so if it does take me trying on every single frame so be it, but why make a comment towards me? I ended up paying for the eye exam and just walking out, just a bad experience here regardless of the miscommunication of the eye exam. I came here a few years back and had a wonderful experience and thought it would be another good one, sadly it wasn’t.

Um, yes! I came in here with such audacity on a Saturday around 3pm knowing they close at 6 and needing glasses same day as they’re closed on Sunday. I was rushing because I knew I would have to squint all day Monday at work and I just couldn’t do it. When I got there everyone greeted me and some came right to me to see how they could help. I explained that I was needing the glasses today and the associate didn’t even flinch lol he was like cool go get your frames and let’s get them into production. So I actually got two pair of designer frames for the price of one. $159.99 out the door and yes, they were ready by 5pm that same day. So I understand this is what they’re known for and that is what is to be expected. What was amazing to me is that I came in late in the day, I had my 3 young children with me and even though I sat them down and put them on their tablets asking them to sit quietly, that only lasted 5 minutes before they were up ready to touch everything. The staff was so understanding and was able to help me, answered my 5 million questions and kept reassuring me my kids were fine and not to stress. We finished up pretty fast. The woman who helped me was so sweet and hilarious and we even got to talk about football. She was rooting for the Detroit Lions, but even with such a flaw I still like her ?, just kidding she was great, go Lions! 10/10 service and product, I recommend this location, absolutely!

I would give this store and the GM Christy 10 stars! I was a walk in Christy received me with a smile got my insurance verified, in an exam room with an awesome and funny Dr. The young lady helping the Dr had such a great attitude. When I was done with my exam they helped with all my needs to get the right lenses at a comfortable price for my budget. Top notch customer service all the way around. Everyone was so ready to help. Great service like this comes from quality management. I can’t thank this stores manager for the exceptional experience I had.

I stopped in to get an adjustment because the place I got them from didn’t do a good job fitting me at all. The manager Chris was so nice and made them fit perfectly and more importantly comfortable for me. She cleaned them and sent me on my way with a smile and said it was no charge when I went to pay her. This is going to be my new go to place for glasses for my family for now on.

It's a shame they can't be honest. Last year when I purchased my new glasses, they never put in the correct date for ordering so I had to straighten it out with my insurance, ugh it took many calls. Recently, when I went in there several times because my frame would not stay on my nose, I asked for a new pair. They said they would order them. Well, several weeks later I finally called and asked why it's taking over a month for the frames. After a hold she replied, well apparently they are on back order and it will be another 10 days. Imagine that... it was supposed to be 10 days over a month ago.. well I will assume they never ordered them originally ...just saying ugh!

I will never again come to this horrid place!!! I went in for an exam and to buy glasses and was excited when I went to pick them up. When I put them on, I couldn’t see out of them. I thought I’d just have to give my eyes time to adjust to a new prescription so, I tried wearing them for a few days. After a few days of trying to wear them, I started getting headaches and eye aches. I ended up having to put on my old glasses and make an appointment for a re-exam. I went in today, 09/16/2023, for the “exam” and as soon as my husband and I got in the exam room, the doctor (Robert Moen) started yelling at us!! He said that it’ll take 4 months for my eyes to adjust and that I can’t see out of them because I probably have bad blood sugar or a thyroid issue. I am in the healthcare industry and have neither of the issues, I get checked thoroughly yearly. Thoroughly. He also said that he isn’t a liar and that he was a doctor and we aren’t so he would know better. I asked him why he was upset and that I just want to see out of my glasses and I felt attacked. He was so rude and angry for no reason at all!!! I paid 560 dollars for two pairs of 89 dollar glasses and I want to be able to wear my glasses and see through them. I was scolded and belittled by a “man” who refuses to see his error because he’s a “doctor” and I’m not. I have been wearing glasses since I was a child and have never had this problem. I will be going to corporate to resolve this issue. Luckily, I was recording audio when I went in to see him just in case he was going to give me a regimen to follow to ease into my new prescription. I have the entire thing on audio!!!!

The assistant manager I think her name is Niki is hilarious throughly enjoyed the time I spent with her picking out glasses. The assistant, was amazing he had a super cool golden chain, was very kind and thorough. The doctor was also very detailed & went over things I never had before at other eye exams. Well worth the money I am sad to leave after an hour lol.

OMG, I’ve been to so many eyeglass and contact places, and this was by far by best experience! From the concierge, to the doctor, who showed me pictures of my actual eye, to checking out with Mikey, who by the way was so awesome and customer driven! I actually think this is my go to spot! Forget all the others and come here! Excellent service. I did have to wait a while, but that’s typically what happens with doctors. It wasn’t more than 30 minutes and it gave me a chance to shop and browse. I don’t write reviews too often but I left feeling great about my experience!

We were looking for a new eye doctor and decided to try here. We sat for 30 mins at our scheduled appointment time to then be asked about our insurance that was given two weeks prior to the appointment. Once we saw the doctor we were quickly seen by staff. My husband had a fine experience with Nicki. I however did not with the male staff member. He half asses measuring where the spot on the glasses should be for the prescription and with insurance came to a whopping $345, this was my first time with progressives and transitions. I wasn't given options for lenses, view, etc. I had to return the glasses because the transition of progressive was not sat right. They redid them, after a week of having them back I could adjust and went back to have them split the prescription. While I was there another customer came in with a problem of having a negative prescription on his glasses because the doctor made an error. After splitting my prescription I was able to use an old pair of sunglasses to get the lenses replaced and removed the transitions on the original glasses resulting in me not having to pay extra for the sun glass lenses but still feel I paid too much. Dropped off my sunglasses when picking up my eyeglasses and told the tech wasn't in that day to cut the lenses for my sunglasses. Umm why would you not have told me that when I called to see if they were in? Fine dropped them off anyways and was told she would do them first thing in the morning. Quite a few customers in the lobby waiting to be helped, went to the bathroom to see two other staff members sitting in an office chit chatting. Called at noon to be told she's backed up and would be done by 4. Don't waste your time. I have made 4 trips soon to be 5. Will never go here again!
