The receptionist was a nice and polite, my PCPs (Dr G Torres) nurse was perfection, and my doctor actually listened to everything I had to say about my health concerns and what was bothering me.

This was a Cigna location when I was going there up to 2018. I hope the Doctors are gone. They wereHorrible Doctors. Great pharmacy staff!

I have had a great experience from the front office, the medical assistant is so friendly and I enjoy talking with her. I see provide Tarin and she listens to all my concerns and takes the time to get to know me, provider Tarin is a excellent provider and I am very happy with the medical care given to me.?

The front staff, nurses, and Dr. Baldonado are all great. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for primary care.

Cigna should be embarrassed to employ a doctor that just hands out referrals and does nothing. Wanted to be seen for a chronic skin disorder that may be infected and the doctor didn't even look at it, had absolutely no concern for it. This is the second time I've been seen by him and he takes a whole minute to check my lungs and heart, the medical assistant spent more time with me checking my bp and weight. The sad part is I'm not the first to experience this.

I accompanied my mother to the office for a routine checkup.The front staff are very polite to all the patients and engage in friendly small talk.The waiting room was clean and organized and the chairs were arranged to keep a safe distance from the other patients in the room.The visit was quick and my mom was able to schedule another same day visit for a sonogram at the Sun City office.

Cigna is a joke. Drove around for 40 minutes,Couldn't find the office, called called multiple times to be put on hold multiple times to be told the office was across the street from a gym of which it really wasn't. Got to my appointment 20 minutes late and was told that they had to reschedule. All because their workers are clueless. Missed work for nothing.

I made an appointment at this place a month ago and received a reminder call yesterday. Just to get a call from them today 40 minutes before my appointment telling me they don't accept my jobs insurance. A whole month they could of said something. SMH

This the most horrible Cigna ever. I went there just to get blood work and was there for 1 hr and 30 minute or more. Everyone had excuses as to why the wait was so long. Everyone passing the buck.
