Kindercare.. hence the word CARE is definitely not there at this daycare. My little one went there for almost a year with the lack of staff and poor communication with staff and parents is very apparent. My little one stayed home with me before I had to return to work she never had been to daycare before at first everything was going well then she was constantly sick. She actually had surgery to have ear tubes. Countless times to her pediatrician, and twice to the hospital. The staff does not take care of your child’s items sippy cup., diapers, and wipes, and their security blanket. One would think that the child items would move with a child when they move classrooms? Nope . At one point the staff had to buy and replace the diapers because she was coming home in pull-ups. And they couldn’t find the diapers that I provided . Remind you she was only one and a half. But what ended it all was when I was told my little one had been bitten. Staff told me the other child was already on their ABC protocol meaning they’ve done this a few times in the past to other children. Spoke with Michael the Director, and nothing came about it only he said he would speak to the parents of the child. I felt this is unsafe for my child and other children that attend when you don’t take the right steps to keep our children safe therefore, all the reasons above is why I chose to leave KinderCare and look elsewhere , very disappointing

This place hasn't had managing for about 2 months, nothing is taken care of. Most of the days, when I took my toddler, she cried because she didn't like staying. The nannies change almost every week. My husband witness one of the nannies kissing our toddler on cheek, another one we witness was that one of the nannies was giving our toddler French fries from Mcdonel's. I don't recommend this place at all it's almost been two months and they still don't have a director, so who's running this place no one!

This place horrible, no management whatsoever. My daughter cried every time we pulled up to the parking lot. The nannies changed almost every week. I heard one of the nannies offered fast food to our toddler, my husband also once saw a nannie kiss our daughter on the cheek. In my opinion, I don't agree with the germs from the persons mouth on my toddler. Most of the days when I dropped of my toddler the front office was always alone.

My son, husband and I have had a great experience at this KinderCare. They are patient and kind to our 3 year old, communicate with us often and recognize our child is learning and developing skills. Just an awesome experience for us!

We LOVE it here! My 4 month old baby just started here a few weeks ago and I couldn’t ask for better daycare!! The teachers go above and beyond with every single child! The best part is their app you can get in your phone, you’ll get pictures and videos throughout the day to see what activities your little one is doing and they call or send messages anytime they need to inform me about something. This KinderCare is a 10/10!!

I had a really bad experience on our tour. Not an inclusive preschool, or at least this location. They said that my son would not be a "good fit" because he has a mild speech delay. Their website says they abide by the ADA rules and regulations but this was not true when I toured the facility. They were happy to take on my "typical" daughter, though and said she'd be a "great fit".As a Mom it really broke my heart for my son. I wouldn't recommend at all if your child has any differences. We found a great place for him now in a "typical" preschool setting who is welcoming and he loves it. Avoid!

My children have been going to this center for the past three years and I have always loved the teachers and curriculum. What I have been most impressed by was the way they have really upped the health and safety procedures when COVID hit our state. I originally kept my children home but when i had to return to work I was so happy to see a health screening station and that they checked every person before allowing them to enter the building. I truly feel like my children are safe and I can not imagine taking my children anywhere else.

Absolutely love them! Always sending updates and photos of my children all day. they have been going here for almost 5 months and they have not gotten sick at all. my kids love going and look forward to it. my son loves miss gabby

When I was searching for a day care for my 3 month old, I went all over the west valley. I chose Kindercare because of the open, warm, and caring attitude when I walked in the door ( just looking). My Samuel is two years old now and Estrella Kindercare is a big part of his success as a happy and healthy toddler. The teachers are so loving and genuinely happy, I never had to worry about him during the day. This is not a daycare it is a place for your child to learn and grow. I've had two minor conserns while at this facility. The administrative staff listened and without missing a beat made corrections. I am so happy and grateful for EVERYONE at this home away from home.

I just love this place I’ve never felt so welcomed anywhere else . My children are extremely happy here they just love their teachers. Kindercare is definitely a great place and environment for anyone with children.

I couldn’t ask for anyone better to help raise my kids while I’m at work! The center director Danielle and assistant director Jamie are the most amazing, selfless, kind hearted people I have ever met! They are always checking on my kids, and going above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and that you feel your concerns are taken care of. Both of my kids have gone here since 6 weeks old, and after touring many daycares I’m glad I picked here. The infant teacher Ana is also amazing, I have no doubts leaving my babies with her, she has the most kind hearted, innocent, beautiful soul, just love her so much!! I could seriously write a whole book on all of the staff here and everything they have done for our family! Love them all!!!

My son has been at Kindercare for a year now and we have had an absolutely great experience. The director, Danielle and assistant director Jamie are two of the most kindest people to interact with. Danielle and Jamie are consistently welcoming and keep the center in outstanding condition. My son had a terrible experience at another daycare before coming to Kindercare. When we ended our relationship with that other daycare, I toured at least five other daycares before walking into this Kindercare. I had lost hope and trust in finding a good quality daycare center. This Kindercare was my last stop and I was incredibly relieved when I walked in. Danielle, Jamie, and staff are educated on child development and truly understand my sons needs. They appear to genuinely care for my sons well being and demonstrate kindness in their interactions with him. He has learned so much in this year and has really excelled while being at Kindercare. The directors and staff are always available to address my questions and are very much appreciated!

My daughter has been going to Kindercare for over 2 years and we love it! Every morning we are greated with a friendly face. The ladies at the front desk are always available for questions or nice chat. We truly feel like family. My daughter started when she was about two and even though some days she cries I have never felt uneasy about leaving her in their care. I also have to give them kudos to the foods they feed the kids, they are balanced meals and not cheap products like other daycares. My experience with Kindercare has always been pleasant and I appreciate that.

I love the new management at the school! Everything runs so smoothly since the new Director and Assistant Director have taken over. My daughter is in the Pre-K program there and has learned so much in the year she has been there! We love being greeted by name every morning and I love the safe feeling my have from all of the teachers in the building when I drop her off every morning.

Some of the teachers are great, but Dana the director is very rude and impersonal with parents as well as staff. And yes, corporate backs her up because they do nothing about complaints.
