Terrible service, it's like pulling teeth to find out if a car is available. Waiting patiently on hold for 30 minutes, then was hung up on. I'm stranded at a car repair place and I'm going to take the gamble and go to Enterprise personally and just hope they have a car. I would have liked to simply find out if anything was available before showing up in person, however that seems pretty difficult for Enterprise.

Stopped by last minute during a holiday weekend and was able to rent a car to get back home. The staff at the Goodyear, AZ Enterprise was very helpful and without a reservation I was literally on my way within 30 minutes of walking in the door.

I’ve used this location numerous time with very positive feedback. I would have rated a 5 Star but this time the battery completely died at the location I was at to get back home, of course road side assistance responded and Bob who arrived was Great, he indicated there is a $55 fee but Enterprise will incur the cost. Switching the vehicle out was confusing because I was told to go to National car dropout since that merged w/ Enterprise, but National said I needed to go to Enterprise. National helped me get to Enterprise personally so 5Stars to them. Enterprise couldn’t find me in the system which was bad since I just got off the phone w/ Enterprise and they said everything was entered just show up. After an hr or so I was on my way. Once I returned the car the associate didn’t remove the $55 dollars for assistance so I had to go back in to get that revised, the agent initially wanted to give me a discounted credit on my next rental of course I declined and since he claimed he didn’t know how yo fix the issue since it was invoiced, another person heard tohe conversation and assisted, so 5Stars to that person. She fixed the issue and told me once approved I’ll get an email later that morning I received the email with the update cost. Not sure what went wrong on Enterprise this time but they still have some Valued staff that actually know how/what’s goin on to fix the issues w/a Positive approach. I wish I knew the peoples names so I could of at least have a shout out. I would still use Enterprise though everyone isn’t perfect me included!

Amber was awful. as an area manager, she did a crap job of setting me up with a vehicle after setting up two appointments and waiting multiple hours just to be told sorry, we ran out of vehicles.... terrible service with her specifically. all i have is issues with this place.

Everyone was very nice and efficient. It was very convenient that they picked me up at the collision place and I was able to leave the rental there as well when I picked my car back up. Only negative was starting at 1/4 of a tank of gas. Should be a full tank.

Been here a million times for me or others - wait time can get a bit absurd if you rent in the middle of the day or later afternoon. They seem to be perpetually swamped with accident rentals since I estimate 75% of AZ drivers are completely blind so availability isn't that great (I will lose my mind if I get a Nissan Kicks again). Despite that, staff is always great and the rental process is quick and painless minus the wait times.

Employees were great. The insurance who j is paying for or rental is CHEAP!! The rental car is the cheapest smallest car possible. Employee offered to upgrade at a cost but we refused not knowing how cheap the rental car would be. Not the fault of Enterprise, the fault of Progressive.

There's a reason that all the recent reviews for this place suck! They allow you to book a reservation online for a car, and then let you waste your time going all the way up there just to tell you they have no cars available! How do you not have cars available, but you confirm the reservation? They don't even have the decency to call you ahead of time to let you know, so you can make different arrangements! They could care less that your time was wasted and their only solution is to try to come back the next day and see if they have a car available! I wouldn't have booked a car for that specific day if I was going to come back the next day! I Will never be renting from this location again, and matter fact, I will not be renting from enterprise at all in the future. I hope you enjoy losing business from someone that rents multiple times a month for work!

At check in Troy was very accommodating. He was very helpful showing me how to everything on the vehicle works, checking the tires for the right amount of tread, showing me where the flat tire pump was, the extra storage spots. I have never had such attention to detail shown when renting a vehicle. He is the reason I will use Enterprise again and I will certianly request his services.Check out was easy and the agent, (Forgive me I can't remember his name) was very helpful and friendly.Great job!

Recently, I had a wonderful interaction with Troy Wayne Davis. He assisted me with my rental car for my trip to Las Vegas! My original reservation was for a basic rental. With a little patience and his assistance, I left with a Dodge Challenger. It was a nice new ride and I had a great trip!!! Thank you. It was a great experience!!!

Everyone was so great at the Goodyear location (off of Van Buren)! I wish I remembered names, but they were all so patient and respectful even under pressure while getting slammed with tons of last-minute customers, like myself lol. I love that they provide rides if your destination is close within their radius and if they have enough drivers. My driver was Tony and he provided excellent customer service! He was so kind and vibrant. He reminded me of my uncles and grandfather- who I miss dearly!They all deserve a raise ??

Still waiting for the copy of my receipt. Got to experience watching them hang up the phones, repeatedly on customers while standing in line to be serviced. Also, while waiting in line, their song came on. They stopped working, and turn the radio up, and start dancing around why people continue to wait. Very unprofessional. I would avoid the Goodyear’s on the location if possible. On the bright side if you want to easy job where you can do just about anything you would like, go work at Goodyear enterprise.

This is my 3rd time renting here but had a grievance when drop off the car had to write this review of what happened to me. Rented one way, pick up from Las Vegas airport drop off in Van Buren Arizona. The agent Mr T (initial) found a preexisting mark that hadn’t been mark on His end. I explained to Him that the agent said He marked it already so I took His word for it. He insisted that had to be verify from Vegas within 24 hours and let me know and had me sign the pending agreement in order to let us leave so I had no choice but to sign it. Never heard from Him tried email and called. Finally call again and again talk to a manager and said it was find, don’t worry about it there is no damage to file of it. Today got an email saying I am responsible for the mark have to contact them how to pay and how much. I called asking for both the supervisor or Mr T, not there, took down my number that manager would call me back, no return phone call. Thank God that I am in Vegas and went to the original place where I took the car from sure enough it was a preexisting mark before wetook the car from the lot, the manager made a notation on the computer not to pursue the issue any further. What horror experience for me here. But thank God for Las Vegas airport manager were able to settle this issue for me today. I hope it does not happened to other people of what happened to me. It was such a stressful experience for me that I ever had to deal with since using a rental car.
