Not a very pleasant experience at this place. Some of the employees are nice and helpful but some are just plain rude. They do not allow you to bring your own socks which are fully 100% appropriate but instead they want you to buy their own socks. That appears to be extortion in my book. Place is also a little run down. There are gaps in between some of the trampoline areas that appear to be dangerous. The foam blocks in some of the foam pits are dirty and broken. There is not enough walking areas around and kids are often bumping into other kids as they run around. Parking is horrible here, there are other shops and a repair shop that take a lot of the parking spots so if you are not lucky you may end up parking fairly far. Will not be coming here again.

Super clean park and great midweek deals for toddlers and homeschoolers. This place is very brightly lit compared to other neon light trampoline parks. Great staff and way cleaner and better upkeep than other parks. Highly recommend.

We visited today and and an issue with the person at the front desk as well as the manager. You have toddler time listed on your website as available from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. the person at the front desk did not seem knowledgeable about what all entailed toddler time. She charged me to jump with my toddler. She had to go back to ask the manager several times to try to figure out what she needed to do. When the manager came up she just started clicking on the computer and didn't tell me what she was doing. She only handed me a receipt and said you're good to go. When I tried to inquire whether or not she refunded me she said I gave you a receipt in a rude tone. I then went to inform her that Toddler Time was still listed on their website and she again rudely said well it's fall break so it's blocked out but we gave it to you anyway. When I asked the manager, rachel, for the contact information for the person above her all she gave me was this generic email. This is the second time and as many visits that I've had issues with your staff. They don't seem to know what you actually offer and what it all entails. It's very frustrating. To top it all off your staff and managers have no customer service skills. They have no conflict resolution skills. I really don't think I will ever be coming back to this facility. Our kids enjoyed coming to Elevate in the years since we have lived here.
I do not think that our kids have complaints, and neither do we, per se.
It would be nice if they would offer a greater amount of parking. They do offer handicapped parking, and one would be able to operate a wheelchair
in the parking lot as well as the interior of the building.
In my opinion, particularly during the hotter months, purchasing their frequent " bounce card" makes the most sense.
They do require that you either bring your snazzy bounce socks or purchase them.
They also offer to host birthday parties, as well as sell basic food and drink.
They could offer more seating for parents, as there are not numerous places to sit.
Aside from this issue, we enjoy ourselves and it is good for the kiddos to get out all of their energy.

Staff are attentive and friendly. There are separate areas for smaller kids to keep accidents and collisions to a minimum.

My kids like it. But besides it being dirty ....a few of the self center teens who work there are brutal. Lazy and no work ethic. Why does the boss let them stare at their phones. Anyway, I tell the girl behind the counter, there is trash spilling out of the trash can and she says " I will get it later "....and looks right back down at her phone like I wasn't there or could be bothered. If this place goes down....this will be a big part of the reason

Sadly they are very bigoted towards people with food allergies. They don’t offer any options for people with specific food allergies (vegan) and will not let you bring your own
