Worse Dollar Tree of all! Today, Saturday at 320, I entered my checkout line with 1 person in front of me. Its 358 as I write this review from my car. The line had 16 people in it and When I mentioned to the checkout girl at about 5 people online maybe they should open another lane she said no they're not opening another lane because the other 3 women in the store were managers and its not their job.
Excuse me? I'm sure that is what she is being told from management is that it is not their job as her job but a manager's job is to manage the store! Fire all the management at this store! For 4 women to see a line like this and do Nothing to help the clerk--- they're useless and just sucking a paycheck!

Went there today and the manager was cussing and screaming derogatory names at an employee in front of myself and other customers stating that she is "writing people up today." So extremely unprofessional. Will take my business elsewhere.

I went into this/my neighborhood store because I knew I could get cash back on a purchase. I picked out a few items but, what I specifically needed was 2 $10 bills. I got to the checkout and the young man stated he could only give me a $20. I told him I did not want to complete the transaction because I really needed 2 tens. So I did not affirm the transaction on the keypad. I told the young man to cancel the purchase out and left.
Within a few minites I was at my nearby bank to get the bills and behold over $30 was deducted from my account. I chatted with a banker to file a grievance. They took note and sent me back with documentation to Dollar Tree to try to resolve. That's when the entire interaction went south with the designated "assistant" manager.(June 10th about 4:30pm)
I have NEVER experienced a costomer service representative that hostile. Literally berating me, directly in front of nearby customers because I didn't understand their policy. They couldn't give me 2 tens in cash only a $20 bill. She proceeded slamming product down through the scanner to credit my debit card. She told me to sign the receipt and I asked if I needed to fill out the address too and her reply "knock yourself out". And I had to take the $20 bill.
Wow, this was such a horrible and humiliating experience for what could have been an easy fix.
I WILL NEVER go to that location again.

I just love that this store is now fully open, so I can save money and I don't have to travel a bit of a distance. I really liked the check out man today, named, Cody, who took care of me. He already knew how I liked to bag my items before I could tell him! I hope that management keeps him because he is very special.

Store has been closed with no explanation for almost 4 months now. Rumor is the ac is broken. Well that's a lie because it's cool now. Lights are on, shelves are somewhat stocked. At least tell us what's going on.

Is this place temporary closed?, Or closed for good? I feel like they should let their customers know if they are going to reopen or not, I waste a lot of gas going by there and checking I'm to the point I don't even go anymore.

Closed all the time. Might as well just shut down for good or move locations. Waste of time coming here. Lights always on, doors always locked... not sure what's going on there
