BEST STORAGE FACILITY IN THE WEST VALLEY!!!Andy, Juan, & Jerry make renting storage really easy, pleasant and painless. I've rented many storage units over the years and these guys set the standard.The price was very good. Not a ton of paperwork and bogus fees; the place is kept neat as a pin and there's a (clean) restroom onsite if needed.Andy and Jerry were always pleasant, always helpful and always had a smile and a cheerful attitude.If you need storage in the West Valley - Stop Looking and rent here!Thank you - Doug & Dana Miller

Great experience with Dollar Storage. Saved money with their $1 special for the month and have running specials frequently. Andy was very VERY helpful and kind. Storage space was very clean and stayed cool even through the HOT months. I also like the gates closes long enough to only let one vehicle in which makes it harder for others to sneak in behind you. Highly recommend this place.

I interacted with two outstanding individuals, Jerry and Andy, who truly went above and beyond to make my experience a seamless and pleasant one. Jerry and Andy exuded a warmth and friendliness that immediately put me at ease. It's evident that they take great pride in their roles and genuinely enjoy providing top-notch customer service. Their competence and knowledge were apparent as they expertly guided me through the rental process, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism.During a long and tiring day of moving, Jerry and Andy accommodated my needs with grace, and their assistance was a welcome relief. They ensured that I was given a storage unit in a convenient location, making the entire process much smoother.I should note that my previous rental experience with Self Dollar Storage left such a positive impression that I decided to return and rent from them once more. We used Dollar Self Storage on the 303 and Indian School to store our household goods during our moving transition. Loved this facility! It is clean, secure, well lit, very well maintained and convenient right off the freeway exit. Their staff is super friendly and very professional. Thank you for being there for us.

Moving from out of state is a stressful journey and the team at this location made my move seamless. Jerry and Andy were so helpful and went above and beyond to assist me both during move-in and move-out. This location is extremely well maintained, clean and easy to navigate.

This team and facility are superior to others. The cleanliness of the facility and ease of use was very helpful but the staff has been extremely helpful and accommodating and responsive. I will definitely take my business here again.
