Bought tires last year (recommended) cash put under 4000 miles on them front are nearly bald back are still brand new tires are discontinued they won’t honor or warranty them and agree these tires are bad and worn way to fast

They got us in and out fairly even though we showed up early for the appointment but the guys in the shop need to remember that customers can hear what they're saying when they're shouting profanity at each other from across the shop. I understand the shop environment because I have worked in similar fields all my working career but you can rib each other without making customers uncomfortable.

I had a great experience with this discount tire and their staff. I was shopping for snow tires since I was moving out of state for the winter. I made a mistake with my order, where I double purchased two different products, and the staff were very patient and helpful to make sure I got the best tires at the lowest cost possible. I believe he was the manager, I’m sorry I didn’t get your name, that fixed my mistake in a very timely manner & got me a great deal. Ian and Austin also assisted me. Thank you all for a great service!As for the snow tires, I had four Bridgestone blizzak installed. After driving in the snow for a couple weeks now, I can say I’m very satisfied with the quality of tire. I’ve had no issues while driving on snow and ice covered roads. Sturdy tires with great traction, and much smoother drive.

I came to get new tires. They said they didn't have them and I needed to order them. I didn't want to wait so I said I'd look around. Then the rep started pushing doe me to change my tire size one size smaller to 15 inch tires. I did NOT want to do that, and so I got my stuff and left only to find out my headphones were stolen from while I was talking to the rep. I didn't even realize they would go in until I agreed to work. It wasted like 45 minutes and 40$ for new headphones. Maybe their work is good, but I won't be back due to my experience.

Great tire store, but be warned.Sales staff need to stop misleading and lying. They told me that the tires on mine and any new car are not the same tread life on the same exact brand tire sold by them because because the part number is not the same.Any brand tire, same model and size is the same exact anywhere in the USA. However, some manufacturers might use a part number or code number which represents what region the tire was sold to, or new car builder (Chrysler, Kia, Ford) etc, was sold too, but there is no difference in that same name brand tire if the tire and size are the same.And if you like the tires that were on your vehicle, they might want to sell you a different brand for whatever reason, and tell you the last tire you bought is not the same because manufacturers change their formula or compound every year.Tire manufacturers never change the formula or compound unless the compound manufacturer improves a compound, and then allows the tire manufacturer to test it for one year. If the tire manufacturer approves the newer better compound only then it is changed and almost never revealed to the public.At the moment I have to buy my tire online from Tire Rack which I'm told is owned by Discount Tire, only because I now buy the very best tire you can possibly buy in the USA, and its only sold online in USA, at this time, its name is Vredestein.But I will still have them sent to Discount Tire in Goodyear for installation because the service is very clean and quick, no doubt I will go back.
