I've been there a few times now. I've never had a bad interaction. Had some warranty work done recently due to some bad parts that were installed there, no fault of Daniel at all, but he was very helpful and accommodating. He took care of it without issue. He's a very kind person. I will continue to go there and give him my business.

If you own a classic car, mine is a 1978. Do not let Daniels work on your car. They kept mine for 5 days for an oil change. My car sat outside with the windows down. When I called to check on the 5th day - Daniel said he has been busy.
He doesn’t plan work properly, no schedule or communications. You’re better off going to Jiffy Lube. He says he can do anything to fix a car problem. No he cannot. Go anywhere but here - you will lose valuable time and money.

Couldn't be happier . I was passing through Goodyear and blew a tire . Walked in and asked for some help and Daniel sent me to a tire shop for a new tire and I brought it back and he put the tire on free of charge . Very courteous and polite staff I would highly recommend them to anyone

I am shocked, dumb founded and absolutely amazed. Not only within 2 rings did Daniel himself answer when my husband and I were desperatly searching for help but also got us in the next day and fixed our car problems a true fraction of the cost compared to the dealerships my husband and I went to. I was quoted 1100.00 and 850 from two different chevy dealerships. He quoted under 250 then charged even less when all was said and done. I will from now on be going to him with any car concern this has forever changed me. Thank you truly from the bottom of our hearts for caring so much and not ripping us off. What a blessing to of driven by this place and to of had such incredible what I'd consider world class service ♡♡

2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Took it in for oil change and ask Daniel to look at the parking brake. Glad I did. It was out of adjustment and need attention. While there, he noticed the rear shocks were worn. Gave me a estimate. We reviewed it. Wow. What a difference in the ride quality! Great company to work with. Highly recommend Daniels Total Car Care!!

I can't imagine how anyone could possibly give this business a one star review! They were highly recommended to me by a friend when my air conditioner went out a little more than a year ago. They replaced the entire system and had me back on the road again very quickly. I was super happy with them!Well... 2 days ago the A/C suddenly failed again! I "thought" that I only had a 1 year warranty on it, and the system was now 2 1/2 months out of warranty. I'd also only put a little more than 6,000 miles on this car in the past 14 months. I wasn't sure if they were going to be forgiving on the warranty time, or if they were going to hold their ground on it.I dropped the car off this morning.And if you, a few hours later, I received a call from the owner, Daniel letting me know that the car was ready and that there was no charge for it. (Yay!) There was a defective "O" ring on tje condenser that they discovered, replaced the entire condenser and got everything back together right away. Not next week or even the next day. The SAME day! I'm super happy to say that I'm actually getting cold in my car right now! It's 107 outside!The level of service that I've received since the very first time I brought my car to them has been nothing short of exceptional! I would assume that yours will be too!They truly do stand behind their work and make sure that they use high quality parts that are backed with exceptional warranties.Being a business owner myself, I truly appreciate the fact that they not only care enough to do great work, and use quality parts, but that they're SMART enough too! No business owner likes to deal with the hassles of an unhappy customer. Period. People need to understand this.By the way...He informed me that I had a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty on the work! He didn't have to remind me or let me know. But he did.I HIGHLY recommend this business... If I could give them more than five stars, I would!Thank you, Daniel. I was very disappointed in their service. Car repair was done incorrectly with a very bad part. They were hours late with repair which disrupted my schedule. No calls were made/attempted and even going to them personally I was still delayed and never even received an apology. I believe they are selective with whom they give reasonable service and while they profess to be Christians, there values were not evident. I would not recommend. Very shady in my opinion. Poor communication. Bad Customer Service. Inconsiderate of others.

I was very disappointed. The repair was bad and the part were defective. They were extremely late with the repair and never attempted to call me. Even going to the shop hours after the repair was supposed to be done, I had to wait for an extended amount of time. Never received an apology, let alone compensation. They lack skills in communication and professionalism. They discuss their Christian faith but fail to display the values. Very rude, Poor Customer service. They are very selective with regards to who gets reasonable service. I would not recommend this shop.
