More focused on sport and adventure riding than cruising, but this shop is a nice alternative to a Harley dealership for things like gloves, cold weather gear, and non-bike-specific parts. The best part of this shop is the staff. The folks working here are incredibly helpful and friendly. They all seem to want to go the extra mile to help.

Went in for a uncommon battery size for my motorcycle and they had not 1 but 2 in stock very knowledgeable staff everytime I am their always feel welcomed prices are competitive with online prices at other sellers will always support these guys being local 10/10

Third time I’ve been into the Goodyear Cycle Gear shop. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is very organized and I like the way the merchandise is displayed.

When going to this specific cycle gear know what you need, get it, and don't listen to certain employees "recommendations". I was recommended and told to get a 200cc-400cc(which was for dirt bikes which I have a sportbike and aswell another employee confirmed I was sold the wrong chain for my bike) when I had a 600cc+ (which I knew what one to get but since you know "they're the experts" I listened) bike. Now due to this I have very costly repairs I have to fix outta pocket due to incompetence and when discussed about the issue towards higher staff (which never directly talked to their district manager like they said I would) they wanna say they aren't liable because "they do not know how the chain (a chain of all things which at the point they aren't manning up to their mistake) was put on". I've spent well over $600+ at this store (that I know could've used to fix the bike since I have to fix it with the money of out my own pocket) and even have a membership aswell so I would have to say honestly 2/10 for which only a 2 because one of the smarter employees confirmed I was right with the wrong chain predicament(and later membership incompetence that will be explained). So on top of that they completely messed up my membership almost making me pay for an additional years membership which I will never use the benefits of after spending all that money and this happens. But hey at least I'm owning up to my mistake which was trusting these certain employees and paying for it to be fixed myself when it should be common courtesy that they should it due to THEIR mistake. It doesn't take rocket science to put on a chain correctly. At this point after 2 years of riding im thinking about putting my helmet up and selling my bike for what it is after this fiasco and all I can say is, do better Goodyear Cycle Gear.

Shawn really went the extra mile to help my wife and I out. We were out from Arkansas, and I was looking for a new helmet for her and a few other items. Shawn got me the best deal possible and even switched her Sena over without hesitation. What a class act! Five stars and two thumbs up!

I really appreciate my local cycle grear store. The guys are super knowledgeable of the products and are riders too!It's my go to for bike related stuff. If they don't have what you need at the store you can order it, then have it delivered to the store for pickup at no charge. Definitely deserved five stars...

Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are good and some sales are VERY good. Their rpm membership has paid for itself several times over this year. Again, I can not empathize enough the employees willingness to get answers and share experiences when buying equipment. I must recommend this company. The Mesa, Avondale, and Peoria stores are great. A slight nod to Mesa as they tend to have more inventory in stock.

Very clean and well laid out store. Incredibly friendly and personable staff. They were knowledgeable and able to answer my questions and give good recommendations while pointing out the differences between products. Will definitely be shopping here again.

I bought a pair of sidici riding boots about 6 month ago. I broke a buckle and called them and they said no problem bring them down. The staff already had a new pair waiting for me. I'm a forever customer and a sedici fan. The staff are awesome. Same two people when I first came in. Very great full.
