My “go to” CVS is at the Dysart and Thomas store. I’m typically greeted when I enter the store, the staff is accessible, helpful and polite. The store is clean, the shelves are organized and well stocked so I would definitely recommend this CVS.

Pharmacist Simona is extremely efficient and helpful. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with others but she is very helpful with some insurance issues I’ve had. Very friendly. The technicians are great too!

Yeah, don't go through the drive thru. Go inside and be alert if you get the head guy named Cody. He's extremely rude and most likely racist, and makes you repeat stuff because he thinks I can't speak English. He needs to take DEI HR classes. I see a huge turnover with pharmacist assistants. I don't blame them. The Asian guy can be nice, but I can see how toxic that environment with Cody is,

Pharmacy customer service or lack there off is horrible. They need training. You call to get help on a prescription and constantly being put on hold without being told they are putting you on hold. They lady that answers is very hard to understand. She is very rude.

This is not the first time this has occurred but this is why we use this store. I scheduled a minute clinic appointment same day for 12:50 pm. My daughter was tested and diagnosed and we walked out of the store with her prescription medication by 1:13 pm. Everyone was very helpful friendly and efficient.
