This place is the worst! Sure shopping was easy when they are taking your money they are the nicest people ever. But, when you get there furniture it is cheaply made and does not stand the test of time. I bought the 2 year extended warranty because the salesperson said it would cover everything if something happened to the furniture. The couch and love seat I bought didn't even last 6 months before I had to have Conn's replace both pieces. Got the new furniture and 8 months later they are falling apart again. I called customer service and they absolutely refuse to replace this junk furniture! They said it was my fault. It was the same thing that happened the last time Conn's replaced my furniture! I had to buy couch covers to cover up these 2 pieces that are falling apart! So much for paying extra for insurance that was a complete waste of an extra $$$. Conn's sells cheap and and sub standard furniture! Avoid this place. And these pictures are just a small portion of what the furniture looks like. These fiber breaks are all over the couch and love seat.

I purchased a TV from here and 3 years later the tv has dead pixels and requested for a service repair. when the technician came to look at it he opened the back and pry it open with screwdriver just to take pictures to send he damaged the back of the tv opening it 4 times and ordered additional parts for the parts he damaged. At this point not only the tv is damaged but i have to wait a week for parts meanwhile the back of the tv is exposed. i rather have a replacement of the tv instead of some wannabe technician work on my 1400 dollar tv. what a joke this protection plan is.

UPDATE: They offered literally NOTHING to resolve my issues. They still claim they only offer 20% off max for furniture but the text ad we received says we qualify for 30% off select FURNITURE. So if we buy more FURNITURE we can get 30% discount but they can't give it to me on the stuff I already purchased and was offered the discount on to begin with. They also said me and my husband were not allowed to combine our accounts to one purchase, but then told me a credit issued on his account (for our bed being put together incorrectly missing pieces) was in fact a credit for my account for the delivery fee (the amounts isn'teven the same). So I was actually not given even that resolution that I was offered and she even verified With the store that they offered it. Make sure everything is crystal clear before you make a purchase through this company, Con definitely fits.
Thought we had a good experience until it took almost 2 weeks for a "digital receipt" In which it turns out we were not given the discount we were offered for purchasing the floor model on a living room set. I was charged almost $1,000 more than I was "approved" for in credit and when all this was brought to their attention they said too bad you signed for it. We purchased on 3/23 and didn't receive a receipt until 4/3 when we had to call and ask why I never got one. We were offered 35% off for purchasing the floor model because they didn't carry the couch anymore, they only gave us 19%, when we asked the sales manager said they never go over 30% but then the store manager says they don't go over 20%. We paid almost full price for furniture that's been on the floor a year and a half (which is what we were told, could of been longer).. could of gave us a new loveseat, chair and ottoman and just the floor couch with the discount if they couldn't or wouldn't honor what they said to begin with. I would highly advise against purchasing through conns and won't be in the future after this experience.

My son went in to make a purchase and helped by newer emplpyee Angel. Angel had great customer service, was super friendly, and made sure all our questions were answered. Great job, I definitely recommend Conn's.

My experience was great, I actually filled out my financial application online but I ended up not finishing it up at that time. The sales associate at the good year store, Julio Lozada, called me and asked if he could help me out finishing up the application. I let Julio know I would be in the store as soon as they opened up and I would get with him. Once I arrived, Julio and two other associates greeted me, we hit off right away and got what I needed right away. My wife and I were very pleased with his service.

We bought son a bed 3 yrs ago. They had to replace 2 yrs ago. Now its falling apart again. Under warranty but conns wont replace. So now its off to civil court!! Consumers BEWARE OF CONNS! They dont care about thier customers!!
