“Overall it's a decent bestbuy. Service is kind of hit and miss. 2 of the last 3 visits when an employee was needed to help, they didn't seem to exist. On 1 occasion I went to get an Xbox game pass card and went to check out and they said they couldn't sell it because the current cost was 3 dollars more and they wouldn't honor the price that's displayed and was told they hadn't had time to take the old cards off the rack, not only that the girl that was at customer service had a pretty bishy attitude like I was inconveniencing her, I just told her nevermind. On my last visit I went to get a tv and magically there was no employees there to help in the tv section and had to look around to find someone, once we finally got someone about 10 minutes later the dude that helped us was pretty helpful and showed me a better tv for essentially the same cost. The store has a pretty good selection overall, but customer service is really kind of hit and miss.”
