Excellent personnel. They are very knowledgeable about banking in general and Comerica products specifically. They always give timeframes to resolve issues and meet the timelines. Now I understand how a bank should be run!

I withdrew some money from their ATM. One of the large bills that I had could not be validated at circle k and so I came back to this bank to replace the $100 bill with a newer bill. They were unwilling to replace the bill because they could not confirm that it was withdrawn from their ATM. Not only was a woman rude but then the manager said that they could not validate based on whether or not I pulled it out of their ATM or not. This is one of the worst experiences dealing with the bank. Because of this I would never use this bank again.

Went to the bank yesterday, the drive thu was open, I put my card and drivers license in the canister and sent it in. I waited 13 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge that they had my information. When the man in black finally came on he asked me how much I would like I told him and he repeated with a shocked response. 2-3 minutes later he came back and said the the machine ran out of money, stopped working and the I couldn't get my money. He was treating me as if I was a criminal and he caught me doing something wrong. I work everyday and abide by all laws. This entire exchange was totally unprofessional due to having to wait and not having enough time to make it to another bank. There were other unprofessional remarks made, hopefully this can be resolved.
