I went in with POA papers and a letter from my mothers neurologist. she has stage 5 alzheimers. they wouldn't even look at the papers and told me they wouldn't enforce my POA. so if someone called my mom and told them that she needed to give them 5 thousand dollars, they'd do it. so they help the crooks. wow

I went in to exhange my pennies into cash. I put all the pennies in 50 cents rolls. They used a hand held coin counter and told me all of the rolls are exactly off by 5 cent. They didn't accept, so I counted all of them again. Each one had exactly 50 pennies. Overall, do not do business with them and let them count.
