I was told by a car wash employee just now to go to Candie's for a detail. So I looked you guys up to check the reviews. From what I am seeing, you always go back against the customer or potential customer with a response suggesting they were wrong. The way a business deals with complaints is how I make my decisions on who I use. Doesn't look like you have a lot of bad reviews. I suggest treating those customers' complaints with the utmost sensitivity vs. making them feel like they are a problem. Most people don't read or care about the good reviews themselves. Simply, the overall rating. We read the bad reviews. It look like every bad review on here is lying based on your response to them. I would love to give you guys a try. I need a very good detailing job. Those who had no issues love you. Hopefully I can raise that rating one day.

Not very good first impressions. I'm looking to get my car detailed, so I figured I'd call the highest-rated place near me, Candie's at 2:18 PM on 07/11. The phone rings about 4 or 5 times, then some guy answers with a very brief "hello". Thinking I dialed the wrong number (because who answers the phone of a legit business with just "hello"), I ask, "is this Candie's Detailing?". Then, I get a very brief, and almost like he's annoyed with the question, "yes, how can I help you". I just hung up. This guy lost your business a potential sail. They say "1st impressions are everything", so I'd probably reconsider having people with poor customer service skills as the first point of contact for your business. Maybe that's just me.

Tried getting a quote for a full detail 3x and twice I was asked for make and model via email but never received a response after I provided my info. Not surprised there is another review with a similar experience. Don't waste your time.

This is the second time I have used this service. They picked my car up, took to their shop and returned it. I was absolutely wowed the first time as I had the full treatment. The second time I didn't feel I needed the interior shampooed but wanted the wax etc. I was not disappointed. The only problem I had is being addressed, my all-weather mats didn't get returned but the owner told me he has them and I will go pick them up as soon as I can. These guys are the best I have ever had detail any car. Total professionals and oh so kind and so nice. No complaints here!Services: Full body wash

So I wanted to get my car detailed and this place came highly recommended. I called to make an appointment no answer left a message. I called again somebody did answer and I scheduled an appointment for Monday morning at 9 a.m.. I get there there is nobody there. I call no answer left a message. Went on an appointment came back around 10:30 the business was still closed I called again left a message no answer. Very strange I thought since they came highly recommended and I went out of my way to drive to Avondale to use them. To this day two months later no one has ever returned my call LOL. Needless to say I went with another business in Peoria that did an excellent job on my car. I do not want to mention them in this post so that they are not associated with the one-star reading. Really disgusted with the business that won't even call you back or apologize that they were no call in a no-show at their own place of business. Do not use this place.

I've had multiple vehicles done and no complaints. Owner goes the extra mile. Other shops have been somewhat a hit and miss but the services provided here are above and beyond.

Made an appointment to have my trail dusty F450 washed and waxed....on time , hand washed and waxed. Fair price. I will always get a wash there when i go thru PHX.
