Really like this store. Great parking. Clean store. Clothes for all age groups. A good variety of styles. Very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and cheerful staff!! Prices are very good!!

So when I bought my kids a shoe a thumb tac was in it she stepped on it and it kinda stuck her not to deep she said it hurt really bad so I cleaned it. It wasn't rusted so please check your shoes so you can prevent this happening

Fitting Rooms! On a weekday, around 3:00-4:00 pm. My daughter & I were in need of a lot of new clothes, for a 5 day trip to D.C.
We were SHOPPIN. We found many options, guesstimate 25 hangers each, our basket was FULL. When we got to the fitting rooms, a sign was posted stating- “Fitting Rooms are Closed”.
I stood there, beyond frustrated, all that time spent picking out clothes (almost 2hrs), in expectation of trying on the clothing.
Before pandemic, majority of my families clothes were purchased at Goodwill, because you get more for the money. Unfortunately, now, that’s not the case. Goodwill doesn’t have fitting rooms, so that’s why we shop at Burlington or Ross, etc. for clothing.
This isn’t the first time this has happened at Burlington. One time there was no sign, instead, an employee made me aware.
We left the basket right there and we walked out of the store. It’s really frustrating, all that time picking out clothes, wasted. Just to have to go to an another store and repeat the process all over again.

Great store. They got great stuff in the store. A little selective on the men's business dress appearl. Had a hard time pieceing together a decent suit. Other then that, great store, friendly staff.
