Girl working there didn't know anything about phones. Just wanted to get my boys phone activated as he needed a new sim card. We just wanted a new sim card as his was shot and he needed a new phone number for the phone but she didn't know what we were talking about.. Told us to call customer service but they told us to go to a boost phone. Went to a different boost mobile in Avondale and the girl there was able to activate my boys phone in 5 min with a new number. She said that a lot of people complain about that location.

The Indian guy who was selling me the phone was rushing the whole time and wasn't listening to anything I was saying . And ended up running my credit twice when I didn't want that . Ended up not getting the phone he was just moving way to fast.

Really bad place to go to, for any type of information and service. I would give a zero if I could!!! Worst service, I have ever had!!! Would not let me get any of my information. Will not print out any bills for us. Made us go get change to pay our service. And ignored our questions the whole time we have ever been there. She raises her voice at the customers when she gets upset!! She was rolling her eyes at the customers especially the customers in front of us. Did not want to help us with any of our concerns, she had us calling customer service while In the store!!!

This Boost Location is by far the Best Location, and I've been to many.Dulce's customer service and patients are through the roof.She made the "what was said is not going to happen...Happen"Thank you Dulce, once again for helping me with a lost number, and getting me a new number at a very minimal cost to me.

this place is own by women from india country and have very bad customer service she get angry easily they dont care about customer always rip off people doing wrong prices no refunds this people from india own few stores in the valley and also they own almost all small cell phones bussines in desert sky mall always over charge hungry for money i do not recomended this people and dont use boost mobile is garbagge

The girl working was super helpful! She took her time answering all the questions my mom had and helped her switch to a new phone. She went above and beyond and even offered us to come back if we have questions!

Just left the store. My husband switched to a different carrie, but his boost phone locked up. Was told to have someone from boost unlock the phone for him. The lady in the store said she was covering for the manager &that she "don't know how to unlock phones", she didn't want to do it. He needs his phone for medical calls and she refused service?
