Being new to the area, I was excited to connect with my new BMO bank however that has quickly turned to EXTREME disappointment. I have a personal and business account and anytime I have a question or have a business need…no returned call, email response a week later or not at all. I had a great relationship with my former BMO bank in another state with responsive bankers that actually take the time to return a call or email you back or make time to discuss your business needs. Not here. This BMO has been the exact opposite and WORST customer support I’ve ever experienced with a bank. If you are looking for a solid bank with solid service, this is not the bank.

I can't zelle. The app locks my bank account Everytime I try to do something. Customer service is terrible and does nothing. Bank tellers can't do anything either. They just have you stand there and call customer service just to be told the exact thing I just told them.

The branch staff is great, but the actual bank itself is slow and inconsistent. Staff members are not aware of processing times nor do they prioritize branch members as they claim. They will utilize your demographic to sell you, but don't actually provide avenues for access.Customer Service matters and BMO Harris is lacking tremendously.

They made a black man feel like I was attempting to attend a Trump Rally, bruh you are not welcomed here nor do we want your business. For the one immature banker on his 30 minute wait time that was so unprofessional by asking me questions in the middle of the bank. If you don't want to be in customer service then do something else. The entire staff needs lessons on how to treat people.

BMO HARRIS GOODYEAR. The employees here are wonderful, respectful, polite, sociable and above all, professional. Robert takes great care of me and quickly resolves any concerns that I may have. They operate a very traditional banking service and make me feel very welcome and valued. Thank you.**Would like to add an update**My card was comprised yesterday, BMO detected it immediately, contacted me, canceled the card and I had a new card the very next day. Amazing. BMO you are the best-Thank you to the Goodyear Team.

Disgusting customer service. I CAME HERE EXCITED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK! Well, I first walked in and waited in the area for 10 minutes with just stares from the sales rep but no “how may I help?†Mind you, this is my first time being here. Next thing you know someone else walks in and is immediately assisted by the sales rep. I stand up and express I've been waiting here and the teller goes “Oh†and didn't do anything. I will never open up an account here.

We've been very happy with the service at this branch. The Branch Manager, Adam, has always been extremely helpful and friendly and has taken time out of his day on more than one occasion to help. He is a huge asset to the company and really cares about his clients. We appreciate the entire team at the Goodyear branch and would highly recommend to anyone!

Sub standard customer service. Management not owning up to its responsibilities. Treating us like we don't matter. Not recommending this branch to anyone.

We have been sitting here for over an hour waiting for the one banker that is here today. There are people sitting at desks or walking around that despite me asking someone, can't help us. The one banker that is here is too busy talking about where he grew up and his family history. I get the attempt at a friendly, personal touch but when you have people waiting this long you sometimes need to cut to the chase and get what needs to be done, done. The service at this bank has been on a steady decline for years. This is the final straw. We have 5 accounts here for various family members that we will be closing and moving to a "real" bank. If you are looking for a new bank, bypass this one. It's a joke. Update: Two hours and we are still here.

Great benefits and customer service. I have had the traditional fee problems that other big banks cough cough Bank of America and chase charge but Bmo reverses them instead of fighting with you. Diandra Perone was fantastic at helping me change my name while the personal bankers were busy! Thanks so much Diandra you rock!
