I purchased a TV stand and got home and there was no screws in the box. When I called, the furniture manager told me there was nothing he can do and told me to go Lowe's to purchase some screws.Tell me, how in he'll can you sale me something that doesn't have all the equipment?

In my opinion, overpriced and predatory (think dollar tree type items for $6.99). Customer service is unheard of, typically get scowled at coming in and the customer is the one to greet the staff.

Nice store and good customer service. Stocking is pretty good but tends to be random. You get one thing today and in a month or two, it won't be available anymore. Parking lot is huge since this is a shopping center with most other shops being closed to tends to be pretty empty.
