The sales associates in his current day a very poor education on the products that they're supposed to be selling. Their Geek Squad tech support people know absolutely nothing about anything it's pretty clear that they've been hiring based on dei rather than Merit.

Overall not a great experience.. .com shows they have an item in stock and when I get there turns out they don't. It's not their fault obviously. However, only two people in the whole store acknowledge me the security person at the front and the one guy working in computers which was only slightly problematic because that's where I needed help at and he was swamped. I can't hold being busy against an individual rep, but the reason for the low score is that several uniformed personnel walked by me. Saw me clearly looking around needing help and did not acknowledge or offer assistance which to me is a huge problem.

Order online and pickup is your best bet. Employees don’t look to want to be Bothered.
Little to no customer service available or if you happen to walk in with every employee standing around you should be good. I waited, I requested, I waited and gave up and left
Update: went to a grocery store and was able to get what I needed. Ha who would’ve thought! Grocery Stores have it all!

Geek squad girl with the nose ring sucks. Had an Apple Care appointment that was still under warranty and she was too lazy to work on my phone. She said because it wasn’t a software issue then she has too much going on to open the phone. She says that they normally just ship it back to apple for work. However since it’s cleaning she would have to do it and she is busy. She tells me to go somewhere else to fix it even though the appointment was for her store. Ended up going to the Apple Store to fix it. This lady completely wasted my time. Then try’s to scam me by offering to sell me some warranty that BestBuy has. Stay away from this place if you value your time.

Cashier named Flor really has issues smiling. We received tv with red line going thru it and wanted to exchange. She really wasn’t in the “mood” to help us. Maybe move her to the back.

Worst customer service ever! The manager of the night Jabin was so rude and not helpful at all. He would not give us the store managers name and wasted 2 hours of our time. Will NEVER go back to this store!

I've been in this store 3 times and have been treated like a second class citizen every time. Ignored when seeking assistance, and today, told to move away from a phone I'm considering buying so someone else could look at the same phone. I will not be making any purchases from this location ever.

Overall it's a decent bestbuy. Service is kind of hit and miss. 2 of the last 3 visits when an employee was needed to help, they didn't seem to exist. On 1 occasion I went to get an Xbox game pass card and went to check out and they said they couldn't sell it because the current cost was 3 dollars more and they wouldn't honor the price that's displayed and was told they hadn't had time to take the old cards off the rack, not only that the girl that was at customer service had a pretty bishy attitude like I was inconveniencing her, I just told her nevermind. On my last visit I went to get a tv and magically there was no employees there to help in the tv section and had to look around to find someone, once we finally got someone about 10 minutes later the dude that helped us was pretty helpful and showed me a better tv for essentially the same cost. The store has a pretty good selection overall, but customer service is really kind of hit and miss.

Good experience, but helping my Father with adding Microsoft Office through my account ended up becoming a nightmare when they didn't simply help me get the product key. Instead I signed into my account and ended up with my one drive files showing up on Dad's computer. If they would have helped me with this on the initial install, it would have avoided a bunch of headaches for me. Now I need to back my information out of his computer. I'm sure this would have been a quick process for the geek squad had they helped me out.
