It Is incredible, I went to buy a dishwasher with cash in hand and waiting, waiting two guys came and excuse them self saying they are very busy , almost nobody in the store with bunch of the employees with their cell in hand texting very cute view I walked away and driving to home Depot

I live in Tucson. But I come to this Best buy all the time if I'm visiting my folks in Quartzite and Lake Havasu. I've always been pleasantly surprised with the service at this location. From activating a new phone for my mother, to getting a few knick-knacks for my father. This Best buy does not disappoint.

Their website says they have options in store but when we go in they never have what we need. Call first before going in to make sure what you want is there.

Andre was AMAZING. We have been to multiple different electronic stores looking for a surround sound system. He actually listened to what we wNted ans was able to show us what we needed and he was very patient and gave us options to choose from.

We were pleasantly surprised when we went to BB Wednesday. I was looking for a tablet. The whole store was stocked with electronics and appliances. We had not been there in a couple of years because the inventory was severely lacking. The employee was very knowledgeable about the tablets and we felt like it was a good deal. The case and screen protector were not a great deal and we bought those on Amazon.
