The automated system hangs up on you if you're wanting to speak to a representative this is so unprofessional and I would never do banking with this institution.

Made an appointment to set up a new business account and was told I only needed to bring one document. At the meeting I was informed I needed additional info that took me about 5 minutes to find.After I found the needed info at 10:45 I was told I would need to come back the following week because they had an appointment coming at 11am AND in the meantime before that appointment they had to work on a different customers file who was not even present at the bank. Apparently that customer who wasn’t even there was more important than me. Also, my 10 am appointment started 10 minutes late because I patiently waited in line behind the people who were there before me.The customer with the appointment after mine was not even present at the bank yet either.So they couldn’t work on my file while I had a scheduled appointment and was standing in front of them, but they had time to work on other files, and prep for an appointment in which nobody had shown up for yet. Poor customer service. Probably opening the business account elsewhere now since they can’t make the time for me during my scheduled appointment time.

I will never be doing business at this branch again. I will go to other branches as I have gotten far better customer service than I do at this branch. Every time I come here there's always something. Today was my last straw. Bank teller Andrew, seemed like he did not want to work nor was he very customer service oriented. He pushed so hard saying that I was having to be charged a fee for a transaction I always do at other branches without being charged. After I brought it up to him several times that I never been charged for my transaction, all of a sudden, he was able to wave the fee when he was saying that the system wouldn't allow him to waive it before. I requested certain items be put on the cashier's check that I always have put on and he would not want to put it on the cashier's check and proceeded to print out the cashier's check and said that it's already printed and I would have to write it in. He would not even allow me to check if it was completed correctly and said that he cannot reprint it and proceeded to call up the next customer without making sure there was nothing else I needed. Anytime I've gotten a cashier's check, they ask if there's anything I want on the memo line and then they give me an opportunity to review it and will reprint if there were errors.

Terrible morning experience with a very rude and aggressive branch director. I usually go to Estrella where the service is excellent but today decided to try this closer to home branch. Never again. I am not getting into details but I was shocked by the lack of customer service during a simple teller transaction. People still make the difference, in this case for the worst.

Absolutely the worst bank, go to Chase next door. This bank is never open on the weekends and you cant use the ATM on the inside because the card reader on the door doesn't work.

Bank of America has lost its vision. No sense of urgency, one teller with a line of 10 people. Sad, been a accounts holder since i could remember.This is not the bank I remember, will be slowing transitioning out.
