Sadly, this is the worst branch I've been to in my life. It's not only the tellers and long lines. It's the customer service of the office in the branch. Not knowledgable or trained; slow, poor communication. I was misinformed about services which resulted in problems for my financials. I will try another branch and hope for the best. Or I may just close my account. So many other options out there.

I tried to deposit a Cashiers Check issued by B of A. The manager asked for access to my account, to override it. I watch a he scrutinize my account. I have been with B of A my Business Account since 2018. After two minutes of him looking at my bank statement. I told him to give my check back. I almost Dropped B of A because of this employee or manager who was showing off for his employee. Needless to say I took the same check to my Branch in Surprise. They deposited and said the funds will be available tomorrow.

This review is for Nelson's excellent customer service today. Nelson was able to troubleshoot a problem with my new mobile debit card in the wallet app of my iPhone, enabling me to continue with my travels across the US into Mexico. Nelson was warmly professional and friendly, and actually appeared happy to help. This BofA branch is fortunate to have him. Excellent, friendly, customer-facing service.

All BOAs are bad but this one takes the cake. I don't know if it seemed wayyyyy slower than it normally does because I knew this line was the only thing standing in between me and being DONE with BOA forever!!! The worst bank I've ever experienced. Never coming back to them and if you have an account with them close it and LEAVE!

This might be one of the worst branches I've ever been to. Not only do all Bank of Americas suck but this one takes the cake. There is always only 1 teller and a line of about 10-15 customers. You want to come a simple deposit or pay a bill well then you're in a for at least a 45 minute wait. Bank of America sucks plain and simple!

I have been a BofA customer for about 35 years and I HATE BofA. Worst service on the planet. Has been for decades. The only reason I keep a little money here is because they are everywhere. If I move to another part of the country or I am traveling, they are there. It's the pitts giving money to company that doesn't care whether they are helpful or not. I just called 2 different branches to get some info about my account. They were too busy to pick up the phone at both locations. This has happened many times. It makes me want to scream. Curse you BofA.

If I can give this bank a zero I would. I was just in the area and decided to go into this bofa to cash a check. Apparently she couldn't cash my check because "I wasn't expecting it" I have over 10k in my account. Why can't I cash a legit check from a legit company? The check was only for 1k. She went to the back of the bank and came out made me wait 10-15 minutes just so she can tell me no she can't cash it. How embarrassing was that? Her name was Jessica. She wasn't rude she didn't say anything to me only sorry you can't cash it because you weren't expecting it, but I can deposit it. Why? I want my check cashed not deposited to sit there for 3-5 business days. How ridiculous. She looked at the watermarks on the check and checked out the company name, just to try to embarrass me and say no because I make more than her. And I wasn't dressed as decent as she was. The check was legit, I had enough funds to cover if it wasn't legit, if it were to bounce. She was discriminating with a smile on her face.

Horrible service from the jump. First off We tried to call and set up an appointment... kind of hard to do when nobody answers the phone? Then we go in to find out that there are no available appointments that day ok no problem so we set one up for the next day NOW ive sat here for 10 min after my SCHEDULED appointment and they close in 15min? There has got to be a better way to manage these situations. Wtf is the point of making an Appointment???? Thats the whole point now its cutting into my time. Convince me why I should stay with Bank of America?

Worst bank ever slowest day or night 1 hour to move 4 people they know pay day is Friday for majority of Americans but want to have 1 bank teller im standing in line is there 30 people waiting outside

If I could choose zero stars I would!! This bank is sooooo slow, and regardless of the day/time, plan on waiting in line a long time. There is usually only one teller, and on a lucky day there might be two. IT TAKES WAY TOO LONG HERE!!! I only pay rent at this bank, and will never give them any other business. I have waited in line 45+ minutes today (still waiting) and 5+ people have left because of the wait. A fancy looking bank official just blamed it on COVID....unfortunately this is my experience at this bank for the past 4 years

Insanely slow service. Long wait in line due to very slow moving tellers. Took approx ten minutes to get a cashiers check AFTER I provided all necessary info in writing. Have not had that experience previously, found it pretty bizarre. Area is decent so felt safe but didn't appreciate the mismanagement of my time.

I will add to the growing list of disappointed clients. I had a nonemergency banking issue and have been trying to reach a banker in this particular location on the bank number for five business days. I have successively soaked like a crazy ex-girlfriend only to repeatedly press 4 and 1 in an endless loop of an autoattendant. I called the neighboring BofA for assistance and they claim to have emailed the manager. I have waited all day for their call. Nothing. Extremely disappointed at the level of service.

I came in needing to address an issue with my online banking. Though my wait was long to meeting with a banker, the branch manager Evelyn was Amazing! From managing the line, to greeting customers, and offering faster ways of using the atm/app Evelyn owned the floor and ensured EVERY customer was met and assisted.
