Had 12pm Appointment on rate con. Check in at 1030am. By the 4th hour went to check about the wait. They come back saying that I was Late. Now its been 7 hours.Talk to Other drivers They also been told they were Late. Stay away from this place.

Not good place all the time when I come here by appointment takes 7 hours to load it and very rude people working inside I am not gonna come anymore.

Don’t waste your time and patience on this shipper. Maybe receiver is same. Wait for too long. Fully mouth of lier. But for sure they know a lot thing if the appt means. Get you a dock and keep waitting then hook you trailer while still not loading. Not worth for that couple of hundreds. Find a real shipper.

Horrible place to go to pick up my drivers been sitting there for hours and still isn’t at a dock. When you try to call them they answer and just hang up on you. Wort people I’ve ever worked with.

Reading all the bad reviews I was mentally prepared for a long day. Arrived at 9:30 am on 6/24/23 had a 11 am appointment. Got called to a dock at 9:41 am and was loaded and paperwork in hand at 10:45 am. Employees were nice and restroom available.

All the same, everyone who comes here is loaded. And in truth, drivers are convinced that this is the worst place to pick up. There is no longer any strength to wait. First and last time I come here. Very bad place. I do not recommend.

At the door for 2 hrs for them to come out to tell me they can’t load the trailer because I have running boards on the side. 1pm appointment and at the door since 1230, they come out to tell me no at 3pm!!!

Bring at least 2 meals, snacks, 2 or 3 movies and and enough hrs. Make sure broker pays after 2 hrs for detention. guys are really friendly. Yes the star is for friendly
