I came to pick up a part that I paid at the Mcdowell autozone and here the manager acted very arrogant, very bad service, it seems to them that someone comes to ask for a gift or for free

Had an oil change done down the road at Valvoline and they were out of stock on the replacement air filter. I called up to auto zone a few minutes away and they put two on hold for me.Great!!!

Just want to send a big thank you to Sebastian at this Auto Zone. He went above and beyond his duties when I came in with a non-functioning turn signal bulb. Despite it being cold, he came out and helped me replace the bulb and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Thank you Sebastian, you made my day.
