My experience at the Goodyear ATT store was so wonderful. We were waited on by Jolie. She took care of all our needs. She is ,knowledgeable and very efficient and smart. She displays superior customer service skills. If she is representative of the ATT company l will be a lifelong customer.

This Goodyear location has always been my first choice. Luis not only helped me with my purchases but he took the extra time to help my wife with her IPad and IPhone questions. He also helped my wife setting up her media program. We are seniors and appreciate the extra effort Luis put's into his job. Very customer service oriented and represents AT&T's high expectations.Thank you, Luis O.

Another top-notch excellent store in the funny thing about the AT&T building here is all the signage and the frontage part is on the back side away from the road. So if you're not familiar with the entrance and to drive around back you will go through the whole Mall experience at the Camelback there or Cobblestone and try to find it haha this phone I'm speaking on now I bought there and they offer excellent experience and guidance and . I have found them to be much better than T-Mobile and Best Buy. A lot of people have got word of mouth how good they are because it is busy all the time, but they aren't constantly trying to churn people in and out like some other text stores are. I bought this phone there it is a Moto G, they also offer upper and tier new Apple and Galaxy Samsung S23 they offer excellent AT&T plans and addenda I got a very good clear front screen protector and the back case for less than $20 and it was a top of the line case made for my phone they are very courteous and instructive and patient I would advise anybody looking for a phone from low price to most expensive to check out what they offer because my experience was excellent.

Went in to get on my friend's plan and they were offering a credit for 1000 dollars. They quoted us 170 a month which isnt bad and I picked up an s23+ (1000$ phone). To apply for that promotion you have to upgrade your plan and which bumped our monthly to 220 a month which in my opinion for 2 plans and 2 lines is terrible. They also didn't tell us there was a 100$ charge for making changes to the plan so when our first bill came in it was 350$ after taxes. We went back in and asked exactly what were paying for and the employee could not tell us and starting doing subtraction as if they don't have all the information to our plan. Overall very unprofessional and will be switching carriers soon.

I went in five days ago, after my phone got stolen from my car, and my original carrier wasn't going to replace it. The sales person took advantage of me and sold me a phone that doesn't have the memory I would use, isn't the model I would want, nor is it the color I would have picked. I was frazzled, because of what had just happened and distracted by other things going on in my life. I tried to return these phones earlier and did not have a physical copy of my ID with me because, I lost it. Instead of telling me, that they could have used a picture of it, they decided that me, asking for my money back, and being a little upset that I felt taken advantage of, was a reason to call the police. Maybe provide better customer service, and tell the customer that a picture of their ID will work, instead of insisting that they get it, or come back, when they have it, when you know, full, well, by that time, the return window will have closed. This, plus being rudely told that another employee was simply checking somebody in when I heard my name and the manager storming up call me with an attitude towards me is why I'm not surprised to see that this location doesn't have very good ratings. The lady that claim to be the store manager can congratulate herself for costing AT&T a customer. She should've apologized for her employee, taking advantage of me during a time that was already difficult, but instead, she did the opposite.

Ignacio was amazing with helping me figure out a phone situation that has been going on at the time for 5 months I can in and in 15 minutes he had it resolved, I highly recommend him if anyone has questions or concerns
