It's been 2 weeks and I have not recieved my fingerprint cardI filled it out correctl,, can someone help me or tell me how to check for it please

Lyanna needs to be re-trained in fingerprinting. To start off with she was very short and rude wouldn’t really acknowledge any questions I had. I told her multiple times I needed an IVP clearance card. When she’s finished fingerprinting me she asked if I wanted to mail them myself or mail them right then and there. I told her I wanted to mail them with her since I was already there. She proceeded to put my fingerprints in a regular envelope. I paid for it and walked outside. I remember the instructions on the website said something else needed to happen while I was there, so I called the main office because I had a gut feeling she didn’t do something right .They in fact, told me she did it wrong. For that type of clearance card she should have signed a chain of custody and mailed it in a blue folder. I am so happy I caught that or else I would’ve waited weeks just to have been told that I needed to redo it because it was done incorrectly. For as long as this process, normally takes careless mistakes like this are a huge inconvenience to the person needing the fingerprint clearance card.

It was hard finding the location at first but the store is inside the UPS store. They definitely could use more signs to inform customers where to go. I HAD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT so call first before you show up to the store. Everything was digital. 25 bucks for one fingerprinting card. 10 bucks for an additional. Everything was done in the store and I walked out with print outs of the cards. Definitely recommend..

Friendly staff, quick and easy process. You will need to make an appointment due to the current situation (covid-19) but other than that, it was all good.

Show up and we're told by appointment only! Had called another location previously, nothing was mentioned about appointment only. Tried calling this location earlier this morning, but didn't get an answer.Website doesn't mention "By Appointment Only" either.
