The process to move wasn’t stressful and I love the fact that they respond in a timely manner and go above beyond. AVILLA enjoy him that man is going places very soon.”
“The wonderful women in the front office have been so kind and helpful with our application process! We wanted to view the property one more time just to solidify our decision in choosing Versante and they let us take a tour without having an appointment set up and helped us fill out the application paperwork in office. These women have been nothing but kind and accommodating, one of the biggest reasons why we chose to apply here. When we first walked in we were greeted kindly and all of our questions were answered with enthusiasm and understanding. We are so grateful to the people of Versante!”

“First of all i would like to thank broadstone for letting us stay here for a half a year. Coming next year I'll be leaving but to find another broadstone in San Antonio. I would like to still be here and stay in my home i love it here. It's been very quite and peaceful no homeless, and we're finally secured.

“My experience at Vue Park west was amazing!! Not only is the complex located in wonderful location and full of great amenities, but the staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Paola our leasing tour guide, was just fantastic. She walked us through everything from top to bottom and really took her time showing us what our future home could look like.
I really appreciated the attention and care we got during the tour. Paola made the whole experience feel personal and exciting. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking in the area.”

The only problem we encounter is the roach problem, seems like everytime someone new moves in the roaches appear, I would love if they would come an exterminate my place once a month to see if that works?”
“I’ve lived here for over 5years and it’s one of the best places I’ve ever lived at. The community is very well kept and a great QUIET neighborhood. Cynthia the Office Manager is always so pleasant and great to communicate with. I was devastated when she left and now I’m happy she is back working for our community. She definitely helps keep it quiet and well kept. Along with the maintenance crew. They are always on top of things. I’m glad Cynthia is back and in the office because the previous people who took over were just terrible! And could never reach anyone! So her being back is a plus! It always makes it easier living somewhere when there is great office staff. Definitely a safe place to have your family live here.”

“Started doing some repairs on items that where brought to Mgmt.since move in, the staff attending to the repairs have been absolutely professional. My main concern still hasn't been repaired and it's a security manner.”
