1st time shopping at Aldi ever. Grabbed a turkey from the freezer and went to check out. Management wouldn't let us purchase it and said it wasn't for sale. ? Beware what you grab from the shelves, they may not let you take it home.

They advertised $.77 lb turkey and drove all the way to store got the turkey and went to pay, they told me I could NOT pay it. It wasn't for sell.i don't like this store . I will not be back.

I used to enjoy going to Aldi's for the great prices and treasure hunt. As of late, their prices have gone up. Sadly, their fun finds have turned into slum pickings. Not much to see.

I don’t know what happens with business in general( I guess I can imagine)but seems like they only have one cashier open always and no self checkout ( I’m not against self checkout if you don’t have enough employees to attend a cashier machine) everything else is fairly good

It was my first time being here and it was a horrible experience! Everything was sloppy, people were rude and I had to squeeze through the workers and I say excuse me but still no move they look at me like I’m bothering them stocking. Then I went to the check out lines a lady just cut in front of me and I was like ok whatever then waiting behind her and then a line behind me grew and finally a cashier came and helped the person behind me and I was like wait what I’m next. So I left, this first time here just sucked!

This is our favorite place for groceries. Best prices, and still offers organic, gluten-free, allergy-friendly, products. The other day we spent $124 for 2 weeks (maybe more) of groceries for two people.

Love Aldi’s. Great prices and a very clean grocery store. Works really well for single people or a couple. Because you can find everything you need quickly. You can go with 2 large bags and have all your groceries for at least two weeks maybe even longer. The lines move very quickly too

Never enough employees to help customers. Went shopping their today and I was shocked at the amount of rotten produce and condensation on perishables. Definitely a red flag because that means food is entering the temperature danger zone amd not kept properly refrigerated from the time they get it delivered to when they put in on the floor. Have noticed this happening for the past month when dairy products spoil fast and deli meats have gone bad after 2 days of purchase. Will not be shopping here until they get enough employees to where they can properly receive, store and stock products safely. Everytime I go there there's 2 employees amd one pulling orders. Definitely need to hire more people.

I always liked going to this store, I really like it, but today I had an altercation. With one of the employees, since the employee threw one of the carts that she was using and my daughter was next to her and she doesn't care if he hurt her, it bothers me that the employees don't do their job well, especially when it comes to children. but everything else is fine, if I was not happy with your work, don't do it and stop making the people we are buying feel bad.

I love going to Aldi’s however this Aldi’s was horrible in customer service. The Cashier was Taeje I went around 8:00pm on 7/2/24. She was very rude and disrespectful.
