I run the operation division for a RV Rental company and we had a last minute customer who needed hand control installed. Hector was a super start. Despite being last minute and not his problem, he took the time to listen to our scenario and worked his schedule around to accommodate our rental customer. I have to say, the person who answered the phone (I think her name is Katrina) was also professional but Hector definitely cares. If you need help with your vehicle, you can call these guys, they will take care of you.

A great experience from sales to service. Hector was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating when my wife needed her mobility equipment adjusted. We'll be back whenever we need new equipment or service. Everyone at the facility was friendly.

When our family member required transportation for a newly acquired motorized wheelchair, we were at a loss. We were new to all of this and didn't know how we were going to make it happen. Thanks to Mark, Hector, and Iracema, the process went smoothly. We were treated wonderfully, and fully informed about everything.So, after our handicapped accessible van was totaled by someone running a stop sign, we knew where to go. From rentals to replacement vehicles, Ability Center (now United Access) was the first place I called. The best in town!

Hector has been very helpful both times I worked with him. When I initially had my scooter lift installed in 2021 and now when I needed help with having the batter checked and replaced in the scooter. Very kind and courteous. I appreciate the great service. Thank you.

back again for a new issue with my Bruno stair lift... While I've had far more issues with the stair lift than I expected, the Ability Center has done and is doing, their best to keep me rolling. Kudos to this shop and their employees

I recommend Ability Center in Goodyear,AZ for any adaptive equipment or accessible vans. I had the speedy-lift wheelchair lift and 2 front seat power fold out seats installed. Hector was just wonderful from start to finish. He explained everything about the entire process from purchasing to completion. He was both knowledgeable and professional and really cared about my individual disability needs. Trevor, the installer, did a great job, and was very concerned about doing the work correctly. On top of all that, Mark Dees, the General Manager, overseed everything, and does a great job also. a great experience.

We recommend the Ability Center in Goodyear AZ for automotive mobility device purchases and installs. Hector helped us decide upon and finalize what we really needed. He followed through during the whole process until completed - and then delivered it to our door! We had an assistive passenger seat, plus a wheel-chair lift in the back installed on our brand new Ford Explorer. We were really happy when we learned that the Ability Center could customize the existing passenger seat to work instead of putting in the generic chair provided by the company. The chair works great for safely transferring my 220 pound handicapped son into and out of the Explorer. The devices are easy-to-use with hand remote controls. We are very happy with the whole project and it has improved our lives immensely. Hector is wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable.
